Villa Olifi is just minutes away from the most brilliant sea in the Adriatic. Beautiful and secluded beaches are only 15 minutes away. The environment is quiet and peaceful. The villa is located in a sunny and warm area, immersed in the clean and intact nature.
The garden is large and spacious - over 4000 sqm of privacy, pet-friendly, secure and partially fenced. Pool, sun beds, umbrellas and a charcoal grill are at your disposal. A large dining table is located on the
Terrace overlooking the pool and the beautiful nature.
The interior is fully air conditioned, every room and bedroom. The modern and comfortable living room and a new and fully equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Together with the sofa in the living room, the house can accommodate 8 people. Cribs are also available. Free WiFi is available and secure parking is guaranteed.

Krsan is a small village only a few kilometers from Labin and 10 minutes by car from Rabac and its seductive pebbles. Supermarket, restaurants, shops are just minutes away.
Enjoy the privacy of nature and the tranquility of the location, while being close to the most brilliant sea in the Adriatic. All you will hear during your stay is the peaceful humming of the trees, which will make your holiday totally relaxing.
The nearest city is Labin. Built on a hill with a rich and magnificent history. You will be amazed by the underground tunnels that used to be coal mines, and today by an open museum. The
Cultural, musical and gastronomic events are often such that there is always something to do.
Rabac is a famous destination with many romantic walks, good restaurants, friendly people and good music.

Great villa
We were able to spend two wonderful weeks in this beautiful house. Upon arrival, there was something cold to drink and delicious sweet pastries. The landlords are very friendly and helpful and respect privacy! The pictures hold true to what they promise. The bedrooms are very spacious and cozy. The area for kitchen, living, and dining is sufficiently large. In nice weather, you almost only stay outside anyway. The property is huge and offers the peace and privacy that one seeks and needs on vacation. For families with children, there are small soccer goals, a trampoline, and a swing in the garden. It takes just under 15 minutes to shop in Labin. It was a great and relaxing vacation with a lot of peace and privacy. We will come back!!! Everything was perfect for us!!!

Absolutely recommend.
We as a family (4 people) spent two wonderful weeks in Eli and Andrea's house. The house is a dream and fully matches the pictures and description on this page.
Amenities: everything you need is there. The kitchen is also excellently equipped. The rooms are large, and the air conditioning in each room allows for comfortable sleep on hot summer nights. The property is huge. There are no neighbors who can overlook the property and the pool. From the first floor, there is a great view of the mountains, and in the evenings we often enjoyed the view on the upper terrace. The pool is fantastic and very clean. All the furniture, chairs, and the loungers and umbrellas at the pool are of very high quality.
Location: Those who appreciate a discreet vacation will get their money's worth here. No curious neighbors, the house is beautifully secluded. The downside of the location is that everything has to be done by car. Small grocery store for essentials about 3 km away. Labin with larger grocery stores (Lidl, Plodine, Eurospar) about 15 km away. Life also takes place in Labin and in Rabac (about 23 km away) with restaurants, etc. In Rabac, there is the sea, beach, and the usual hustle and bustle with a promenade.
Conclusion: We can absolutely recommend the house! If you're looking for peace in a high-quality house, this is the place for you. Eli and Andrea are incredibly nice landlords and are available for any questions. We say thank you for 14 days of relaxation!

Dreamlike

Incredible
We spent a week of absolute tranquility at Villa Olifi with our two children, aged 16 and 13, as well as our dog. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owners. We were exhausted after a 12-hour drive (including 5 hours of traffic). We were given a brief tour of the house and found a small cake package, 2 bottles of homemade wine, 1 bottle of water, and 1 bottle of lemonade waiting for us in the fridge. Then they said goodbye. What is absolutely worth mentioning: 100% dog-friendly, English and German. Incredibly friendly. Each room has air conditioning. Every photo corresponds to reality. The pool is a dream. Illuminated in multiple colors at night. It turns off around midnight.
Neighboring dog named Bobby included. Very, very sweet. Bees are also present, but as soon as the dog pool is set up in the grass with water, you can watch beautiful activity.
We are more than enthusiastic about the friendliness as well. You have peace and quiet, can relax, and whatever you need, Marina is immediately available via WhatsApp. The house has everything you need and more. We brought way too much with us. From the coffee machine to the cutlery, cups, glasses, pans, and pots, everything is there including spices. Please do not let the dog into the pool or onto the bed, but that should go without saying. The house was handed over in absolute cleanliness. 2 walk-in showers and a normal bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower, invite you to linger. 3 beautiful bedrooms promise peace and relaxation. The garden is very well maintained, and in the evening you can watch bats flying around. Furthermore, there is a table tennis table and a badminton net in the garden, with sufficient rackets and balls for both. Washing machine is also available and quite simple to use.
If you are looking for action and noise, this is not the place for you. We will come back and say thank you very much.

Holidays in Istria/ Boljevici
We spent 2 weeks on vacation at Villa Olifi in Boljevici and were warmly welcomed by Marina and her family with lots of cake and wine. It is a beautiful holiday home with everything you need, very new, and has a fantastic view of the mountains and the surrounding small villages. However, one should know that it is a bit far from the beaches. Rabac beach is about half an hour and Ravni is about three-quarters of an hour's drive away. We preferred the natural, beautiful Ravni beach because we like the peace and quiet, and that's why this holiday home was perfect for us. Lonely silence and tranquility, away from the hustle and bustle, and if you like that, this is the right place. However, you also experience less of the whole tourism scene, so you should know that beforehand. There is one small downside though. In the evenings, it was almost impossible to sit outside due to the mosquitoes. I don't know if it was due to the weather, as we had more rain in the first week, or if it's a general problem there because it is very nature-oriented, but the mosquitoes were literally sticking to us. Therefore, make sure to bring plenty of mosquito spray. Otherwise, it was a dream vacation for us and we will definitely not be the last time there.
