Location and surroundings of object
The new holiday home Casa Ancora was opened in June 2018 and is located on a 1000 sqm private property in a quiet and easily accessible location of Bardolino in Villagio S. Cristina in the district of Cisano.
The lake with numerous bathing possibilities, restaurants and shops is about 500 meters, the center of Bardolino can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. On a park-like area about 40 meters from the house is the pool area, which is available exclusively to residents of Villaggio.
Bardolino lies with its just over 7000 inhabitants on the east side of Lake Garda at the foot of the moraine hills with vineyards and olive trees. Bardolino borders Garda in the north and Lazise in the south.
The amusement parks Gardaland, Caneva Aquapark and Movieland are only a few kilometers away. Verona is about 20 minutes away by car, Venice and Milan are about 150 km away.

Cancellation terms:
The landlady is entitled to withdraw from the lease agreement in case of non-timely payment. The landlady is then further entitled to claim compensation as follows: Withdrawal 30 to 10 days before arrival day: 50% of the total rent Withdrawal from 9 days to the day of arrival: 60% of the total rent The same applies for cancellations made by the tenant. The landlady explicitly recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.
