You will find a completely furnished Tiny House with sleeping accommodation for 2 persons, a small kitchen with cooking facilities (2 hotplates), sink with water connection, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a dining area and a sofa set. There is also a CD radio and television. The bathroom is equipped with WC, washbasin, hairdryer and shower. The bathroom is heated and is located about 200 m away in the flat building . The Tiny House is heated with a fireplace
Outside there is a cosy seating area with fire bowl , barbecue and a bio WC
Directly in nature with a view of the orchard . Observe the Harz landscape directly in front of your door

Pure relaxation
Very well thought-out construction trailer with everything you need, a very nice large bathroom for exclusive use... and the Lehmann family is very helpful and friendly and respects the guests' privacy.
...and the location is perfect, hiking from the garden gate into the wonderful beech forests, to the small streams and ponds, to the Devil's Wall or quickly to Blankenburg.

Holiday under the apple tree
It was absolutely brilliant. When you rent a construction trailer, you know how much space you have. And for that, it was optimally furnished and equipped. Everything you need for a nice stay was there. The location is very central to the various excursion destinations. The dogs also enjoyed the days. The spacious garden and the possibilities to run around outside the property were great. If you don't feel comfortable here, you have done something wrong. We will be back.

Absolutely recommendable
After 7 months of "forced break", I was the first to arrive again. What awaited me was a lovingly furnished construction trailer with everything you need and very nice landlords. Thank you Nick for the good introduction. Pure relaxation. A wonderful holiday not only for me, but also for my four-legged friend. We will definitely see each other again.

Ideal for coming down
As part of a training course in Blankenburg, I had booked the construction trailer for myself for 8 nights. I was taken with how beautifully both the car itself and the exterior around it were designed. I was looking for simplicity on purpose, and managed well with a stove, no running water and an emergency biotoilet. There is a decent bathroom for the construction trailer guest. I felt very comfortable. The accommodation was coherent with the theme of my training (mindfulness therapist). Fam. Lehmann is approachable and friendly. I wanted for nothing.

Very cozy but landlords should be approached with caution.
The construction trailer is very cozy and has everything you need, and the surroundings are very beautiful. Animals are only tolerated to a limited extent it seems. Unfortunately, the negative side only emerged 5 days after our return. Our dogs apparently urinated on the sofa and every mattress. We had our own bed linen with us and neither on it nor on the mattress protector nor on the blanket we had laid on the sofa (since the landlords said upon arrival that the dogs were not allowed up there, I would have preferred to know this when inquiring), and nowhere was there anything to be seen. Aside from the fact that our dogs are 100% housebroken and we would have noticed if they had supposedly urinated at least three times. On the day of our departure, the trailer was rented out again. Why we were only contacted 5 days later remains a mystery to me. And then only by email, this can be proven by call logs. If our dogs had somehow damaged anything, it would of course have been replaced, as we have dog liability insurance. During our stay, the landlords were very nice and friendly, which is why their behavior now surprised us even more.

Sehr geehrte Urlauber,
schade das sie den Urlaub bei uns im Nachhinein so negativ bewerten. Wir finden es etwas verwunderlich, dass sie bei einem anderen Anbieter buchen und nun hier Ihre Bewertung abgeben, Zum Sachverhalt möchten wir folgendes sagen, sie wurden bei Anreise darauf hingewiesen ihre 2 Hunde nicht mit ins Bett aus hygienischen Gründen zu nehmen. Darauf hin wurde von Ihnen erwähnt, das Sie das wohl nicht vehindern könnten und Sie aus diesem Grund Ihre eigene Bettwäsche mitgebracht hätten. Beim Verlassen des Bauwagens haben wir dann Scmutzflecken auf den Matrazenschoner und sogar bis auf die Matraze gefunden. Ebenso war die Couch dermaßen verschmuzt und im Bett waren Hundehaare zu finden. Wir haben Sie daraufhin per E-Mail angeschrieben und erst ca. 1 Woche später kam eine Antwort und nun diese negative Bewertung.. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und haben bisher sehr zufriedene, ordentliche Urlauber als Gäste begüßen können. Wir vermieten seit 4 Jahren und es gab solche Unannehmlichkeiten wie bei Ihnen noch nicht. Wir bedauern das Sie unseren Hinweis auf Sauberkeit jetzt so kommentieren.
