Description
The apartment is approx. 62 m² in size and is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house.
(The apartment on the ground floor is only occasionally used as a holiday apartment by the owner.)
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with dining table, living room, guest WC, and a large, sunny balcony with a view of the Veerse Meer and Veere. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker and Senseo machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, as well as a large quantity of dishes, glasses, and cutlery.
You will also find here the dining table for 4 people (extendable).
From there you have access to the sunny loggia equipped with balcony furniture for 4 people (with awning). In the living room there are two sofas and two armchairs at a large glass table, a stereo system with CD player, flat-screen TV with satellite connection for all German and Dutch TV channels. WiFi access available on request.
The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed or two single beds and sufficient storage space in the respective wardrobes.
The bathroom contains a shower, toilet, and a washbasin with mirrored cabinet. In the laundry room on the ground floor you will find a washing machine and dryer for shared use for a fee.
Holiday guests have a private parking space and, when the owners are absent, also a garage at their disposal.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located in the quiet, single-family home residential park 'De Schotsman' (Kamperland, Zwanenlaan 27).
From the balcony (loggia) with sun awning you have a magical view of the Veerse Meer and the historic town of Veere on the opposite shore.
Access to the Veerse Meer, the water sports paradise of the Netherlands, with excellent opportunities for surfing and swimming, is about 100 meters away. The longest sandy beach, “De Banjaard,” chosen as the cleanest beach in the Netherlands in 2017, is about 6 km away, the marina of Kamperland is 500 m away.
Mini golf, water ski lift, sailing and boating school, and boat rentals are located nearby.
An extensive network of bicycle paths invites you to bike tours through vast polder fields or along the Veerse Meer and the Oosterschelde, starting right at your doorstep. Several golf courses are located within a 15-30 km radius in Domburg, Goes, Middelburg, and Breunisse.
The impressive storm surge barrier in the Oosterschelde with the dyke construction museum, the leisure park "Neeltje Jans," and the largest nature reserve in the Netherlands can be reached at a distance of 7 km.
The well-known shopping cities Middelburg, Zierikzee, Goes, and Vlissingen as well as the popular holiday resorts Domburg, Veere, Oostkapelle, Kortgene, and Colijnsplaat are a maximum of 15 km away. Rotterdam and Amsterdam and also the Belgian cities of Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges, and Ostend can be reached in about 1 to 2 hours.

Ein Auszeit zu Zweit
We had very relaxed and beautiful days in the holiday apartment. The holiday house is perfect for walks, evenings at the beach, and short trips to the different cities in Zeeland. The balcony was our personal highlight, not only because of the view but also because it is sheltered from the wind, allowing us to sit outside frequently.

Beautiful, cozy holiday apartment on the 1st floor.
Great, quiet location, also perfect for starting beautiful bike tours. Equipment has everything like at home, very clean, beautiful view from the balcony (roof terrace) in the second row overlooking the Veerse Meer and Veere. A place simply to relax and enjoy. Very fast and nice communication with the landlords. Highly recommended, we felt very comfortable.

Super cozy!
We were in the Netherlands for the second time to take a little break. This apartment was absolutely perfect. I can't report anything negative, no matter how much I think about it. Completely furnished. A very good starting point for many activities. The Jollet family is very uncomplicated, and everything was explained to us very well. If time allows next year, we will definitely come back! 5-star rating in everything.

Easter holiday
The vacation was a complete success!
We were lucky with the weather, so we could enjoy the beautiful balcony with a view of the Veere Sea! In the morning, afternoon, and evening.
We love to have breakfast and cook, so we were pleased with this well-equipped, practical, spacious, and cozy kitchen.
Everything was clean and lovingly furnished.
You can quickly reach the Veere Sea on foot and the open North Sea in about 10 minutes by bike!

Time-out by the sea
The apartment is equipped with everything you need on vacation. We could store the bicycles in the shed next to the house. The wind-protected balcony is super nice and the location is absolutely quiet. The beach/North Sea can be reached comfortably by bike in about 25 minutes. There is a water skiing facility at a nearby campsite.
The landlords are friendly and accommodating. We will come back!
