The house stands alone in a fenced plot in the olive groves. On 80sqm interior you will find on the ground floor the spacious entrance area, the well-equipped, open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, etc.) the cozy living area (with a comfortable sofa bed for two more guests) with open fireplace and a TV area. In the back of the house there´s the modern bathroom with walk-in shower and two bedrooms (1x with double bed 160x200 and 1x with 2 single beds 90x200).

The large, well-kept garden offers sunny lawn and shady spots. From anywhere you have a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. A garden pavilion with barbecue, dining area and lounge area provides shade and weather protection. You will find beach chairs, sun loungers, a garden shower, everything a sunbather could wish for. There is plenty of space for everyone to play and relax here.

The detached holiday home Villa Masala with its sunny garden is located outside a small hamlet, 2km from the city in a unique location: quiet and secluded from the hustle and bustle of the coast, the country house stands on a natural observation deck with unique panoramic sea views over the bay of Porto Maurizio to the Gulf of San Lorenzo. At the same time you are just a few minutes away from the the center of Imperia Porto Maurizio, with a nice market in the pedestrian area, a picturesque harbor, its restaurants and fine sandy beaches.

Even four-pawed guests are welcome here and can enjoy relaxing holidays in the fenced garden.

Please note, however, when traveling with children, that some terraces and stairs are not protected by railings. Up to three cars can be parked on the private parking space in front of the house. The comfortable central heating makes relaxing holidays possible also in winter.
