Description

On the ground floor there is the kitchen with storage room, a guest toilet and the beautiful living/dining room. An additional underfloor heating provides even more cosiness.
The kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen and a dining table for two people. The working area of the kitchen has an oven with ceramic hob and extractor bonnet, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment.
In the adjacent storeroom you will find the washing machine, the tumble dryer as well as further storage facilities and clothes horse, ironing board and iron etc..
In the living room there are two comfortable leather sofas and another dining table with room for six people.
A flat screen TV and a DVD player are of course included.
Upstairs are the bedrooms with insect screens on the windows and a bathroom with a shallow shower tray, wall-hung WC and washbasin.
Floor heating and a large towel radiator are also included.
Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, the third with two single beds.
As a special bonus, one of the bedrooms offers a second TV.
The entire house has central heating and upscale hot water comfort.
The ground floor and the bathroom have tiled floors, the bedrooms have laminate flooring.

The large brick exterior storage room with lockable door offers space for storing bicycles etc.
In front of the house there are two private parking spaces reserved for our guests.
Free internet access via WLAN is available for our guests.

Your holiday in the North Sea spa Norden-Norddeich will be an unforgettable experience due to the good stimulating climate, the North Sea, the islands as well as a variety of museums and sights.
You can spend a nice bathing holiday here, visit the islands of Norderney and Juist, experience a mudflat hike, go surfing, kite surfing or just enjoy the peace and quiet.
The Ocean Wave adventure pool invites you to visit, as does the seal station, the children's playhouse, the Golfpaltz or the Tee Museum.
Norden is one of the oldest and most beautiful towns in East Frisia and always worth a visit.
Norden-Norddeich is the largest state-recognised seaside health resort on the East Frisian North Sea coast.

A house to feel comfortable in

Very well-maintained vacation home. Extensive and very appealing facilities. Very nicely and comfortably furnished, and everything sparkling clean - a house to feel good in, leaving nothing to be desired. We were able to spend a very nice relaxing short vacation here with friends and would love to book this beautiful house for a longer period of time as well. We slept wonderfully, enjoyed culinary delights in the village, visited the nice neighboring villages, and really relaxed during our beach walk. Pure relaxation. Kudos to the landlords.

Pure relaxation holiday

A great house that leaves nothing to be desired and where you immediately feel at home. Modern interior, very clean, everything you need, good books and games, washing machine and dryer top, nice seating area when the weather plays along, beach chair top and also used, uncomplicated handover of keys, 5 minutes by bike to the bakery, shopping mile good and Norddeich can be reached quickly by bike thus very central starting point for many excursions. Thank you for the great holiday and the associated relaxation.

Great holiday in a great house

The house is great. You walk in and immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of. It is very tastefully furnished and shines with cleanliness. The large amount of dishes also allows for a meaningful use of the dishwasher. Everything is simply available including washing machine, dryer, iron, etc. The house has a perfect location. Within walking distance, you quickly reach the city and also the Greek restaurant, which we highly recommend. The bakery is also a short walk away. Many excursions can be taken from here. And there are a lot of beautiful destinations. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

"Feeling at home" on vacation

A house where you really feel very comfortable. It was very neatly cleaned in all rooms. The furnishings are in top condition, modern, bright, and very friendly/inviting. The kitchen and tableware equipment is available for a delightful vacation. The house, with bedrooms on different levels, is suitable for multiple parties. With a washing machine, dryer, and small garden, the house is also a good vacation spot for toddlers.

Great family vacation with 3 generations

We would like to thank you for the wonderful family vacation!! The house is simply a dream to relax and unwind!! The great thing is that the house is perfect for a vacation with 3 generations (youngest = 5 years and oldest = 57 years) & dog!
The house is very stylishly furnished - a touch of Scandinavian! It is VERY clean!!
You can explore a lot in the surroundings both during the day and in the evening. The beach is also not far away.

Beautiful extended weekend

We once again had a great weekend in the beautiful holiday home, after already spending a wonderful vacation with our children and grandchildren in the house this year. With the amazing weather, we were able to use the garden with beach chair and grill every day. We found a clean house again, decorated with lots of love, and equipped with many practical items. We lacked nothing, even including the free Wi-Fi: just fantastic. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, yet the pedestrian zone, restaurants, and the bakery are easily accessible on foot. We felt really comfortable again and can only recommend the house. We will definitely come back.
