Description
Our house "Friesenkoje" in a good location of the North Sea spa Horumersiel has a total of four holiday flats.
This modern holiday flat was renovated and furnished with great pleasure in 2018. It offers enough space for up to 4 people. Your pet is also very welcome here.
The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all small utensils leaves nothing to be desired. The dining table seats four (a high chair for children is provided).
The bathroom with daylight is tiled in a bright and friendly way and has a shower (shower cubicle), WC, washstand and mirror.
The cosy sofa in the living room can be converted into a sleeping accommodation. Here, 2 more persons can sleep comfortably. From the living room you can reach the large balcony. A TV set is also available.
In the "open" bedroom there is a large bed, which offers space for 2 people, a spacious wardrobe and a night console with table lamp in each room.
A baby cot can be added (of course without extra charge).
For late sleepers, all rooms can be darkened via external blinds.
The floor in the entire flat has an easy-care, rustic laminate floor. This ensures optimal cleanliness.

Our house Friesenkoje is centrally located at the beginning of Horumersiel. A large property invites you to cosy barbecue evenings, or simply let your children play freely on the lawn. The centre of the village with its numerous restaurants, shops, bakeries etc. is within walking distance. Whether it's the green beach in Horumersiel or the dune beach in Schillig, there's the right spot by the sea for every coastal lover. Numerous leisure activities in every season make this North Sea spa so special.

Be with the other person!
We were looking for accommodation with two holiday apartments in one house. On our search, we came across the Friesenkoje holiday home. When looking at the pictures, we immediately had this warm feeling! The landlords are very friendly, super nice. You could already feel that during our first phone conversation.
We arrived with 4 people. My parents booked the Friesenkoje 4 apartment on the ground floor, and we booked the Friesenkoje 2 apartment with a balcony. We rented both apartments for four days.
A very friendly welcome by Mrs. Nowak. She is extremely lovely, accommodating, honest, and helpful! You feel welcome.
Both holiday apartments have a pleasant size, are cozy and bright, and very clean. Everything necessary is available. It's exactly what we were looking for. Everything fit! Parking right in front of the house. The area is very quiet and great. Everything is quickly accessible.
Dear Nowak family, we all felt very comfortable, we would have liked to stay longer. It was a short break, but we enjoyed this little time-out in your house and in Horumersiel very much. We would love to come back. My parents would like to come back here later this year.
