Villa Famiglia is a charming villa with private pool and beautiful stone architecture, which blends in perfectly with the surrounding Istrian landscape. Its traditional architectural style gives it a very special atmosphere, a mixture of tradition, comfort and luxury. Villa Famiglia in the village Selina near Sveti Lovrec can accommodate up to 8 people. The house Famiglia has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living area and a covered terrace with seating, a bathroom and a double bedroom with direct access to the private heated swimming pool. On the first floor of the villa are three bedrooms with bathrooms. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the garden and the pool area. In the large garden with Mediterranean plants is a pool (36 m2) with sundeck. The house is fully air conditioned. The rental price includes: Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and private parking. For horse lovers, the Babic family offers horseback riding for the whole family on its private ranch, not far from the villa. The wide green landscape provides boundless riding pleasure. From Selina you can easily and quickly reach the beaches and tourist towns of the Istrian west coast.
