The villa offers plenty of space with excellent garden for relaxing. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully air conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking where you can enjoy breakfast before taking a dip in the beautiful outdoor pool. The wonderful and sunlit living room has access to the pool like the dining area. In the fenced garden with complete privacy you can use the barbecue with the large wooden table and cups as well as the chairs and umbrellas by the pool. The nearest town as well as the beach are within 5km of the holiday home. Restaurants, markets and shops are available without the use of a car.

In the south of Istria county, lies fishing and agricultural village Ližnjan whose hilltop overlooks the Kvarner bay. It is an ideal place for those who want to relax away from the traffic and chaotic is a well known small island Levan which is located beneath the Marlera coast, with a beautiful sandy beach, restaurant and beach bar an ideal place for having fun or relax. While you are in Liznjan, do not forget to visit Pula, Rovinj and Medulin a few minuteas away from the village.
