New ibiza style villa fully fenced, with heated swimming pool and private sun terraces on different levels.
Beautiful new modern villa with solar heated pool and heat pump ,overlooking the El Penon de Ifach and calpe sea salt lake from the terraces.
Outside kitchen with dishwasher,fridge and BBQ
Each room has hot/cold air conditioning ,smart TV free Wi-Fi inside and out.
Fully equipped kitchen with American fridge
Pool can be covered and is solar heated the whole year round ( for free ) additionel heatpump can be used 0,30€ kWh.
Between 15 november and 15 March no garantee for hot water ,it depends on the weather. Outside shower with warm water.

included in the rent' electricity 25 kWh per day , excess consumption € 0,30 kWh , final cleaning € 170 - linen package € 20 pp per rental

Ein Haus, das keine Wünsche übrig lässt
Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 13 und 15) waren begeistert von dem Haus und all den vielen Details, die den Urlaub dort angenehm machten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Casa Carlos.
Besonders genossen haben wir die Sauberkeit, die tolle Ausstattung mit allem Notwendigen und Nützlichem, den tollen Lounge-Bereich für die Abendsonne und die warme Außendusche sowie den warmen Pool.
Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe und Herzblut gebaut und ausgestattet!!
