Description
On the ground floor of this holiday home you will find the living room with a cosy seating, a dining area and an open kitchen. The dining table is made from original components of the traditional harvester. Now, you can dine here all night long. The modern kitchen is very convenient and provided with all necessities.
This comfortable Loft is suited for families consisting of a maximum of four people. The Loft has two bedrooms, of which one can be found on ground level. You can also find a bathroom here which is provided with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The whole ground floor is provided with floor heating which makes a stay during the winter months also very pleasant.
You will find the master bedroom on the first floor, which is a beautiful loft. From this point, you can both overlook the complete living and the breath-taking lands surrounding the farm.
Due to the casement doors, the living is directly connected with a sheltered veranda and with the garden and the large sunbathing lawn.
You can park your car on the spacious parking lot of the farmhouse. Your bike can be stalled in the sheltered barn.

The vivid and neighbouring city of Renesse is located solely at a two-kilometre distance. You will find multiple cosy restaurants and shops in the city centre of Zierikzee where you can find all types of souvenirs and trinkets.
The surroundings of Noordwelle are perfectly suited for hiking and cycling purposes. The rural area offers a beautiful setting that shows off its different charms during all seasons of the year.

A super nice house, always happy to come back
We were guests for a week with three people in this lovingly furnished house. The only thing that could be improved (complaining on a high level) is that there are not enough dishes, especially cups. Otherwise, everything was super nice, you can feel that the owners have furnished everything with a lot of love. The surroundings were just perfect to relax, it is not far to the beaches.

A super nice reception. The lodge is very tastefully and cozily furnished. Even with a dog, you are well taken care of there. From there, you have many opportunities to explore the surrounding area.
We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Really great!!
Absolutely nice family: friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. You can find peace here, in really really nice accommodation. I was there with my mother and my sister and brother-in-law joined us a few days later, which was no problem at all. It's not far to the centre, where you can go shopping, cook for yourself in the evening and enjoy it on the terrace. The view is wonderful. If you sleep upstairs, you can look up at the sky and see the stars. The furnishings are very tasteful and full of great details. We can absolutely recommend it. Thank you, dear Hoogenboom family

Thrilled!
This was our second visit to Hofstede Welland and we are absolutely thrilled. Both the chalet and the lodge left nothing to be desired. We felt at home right from the start. The landlords are very nice and helpful. It is only a few minutes to the most beautiful beaches of Zeeland and shopping facilities are also within easy reach. Only a few hundred metres from the farm there is a well-stocked farm shop with fresh vegetables, fruit, homemade cheese and cakes - we are already looking forward to our next holiday.
