Description
We would like to welcome you to the East Frisian North Sea coast in the beautiful North Sea resort of Ankerweg, our holiday home for the most beautiful time of the year.
No matter if summer or winter: Our house is available to you all year round, because Norddeich has a lot to offer to those seeking relaxation, not only in the summertime.
Our holiday home Ankerweg is centrally located in the centre of Norddeich. The house has been completely renovated and was finished in May 2018. It is mainly equipped with floor tiles and PVC flooring. Our holiday home offers you 4 different flats.
In the immediate vicinity you will find the Ocean Wave adventure pool, the children's playhouse and the seal breeding station. The beach, the spa clinic and the spa park are only a 5-minute walk away.

A bus stop can be found in the immediate vicinity of our flats.
Shopping facilities are also within easy reach in just a few minutes' walk. The holiday home is located in a quiet (dead end) area of Norddeich within a 30 km zone.
The ferry terminals to the islands of Norderney and Juist are about 10 minutes away, as is the Norddeich railway station. If you would like to travel by train, please contact us and we will be happy to pick you up from Norddeich station (for a small fee) and take you there again if you wish.
Our flats offer 65m² of living space and can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen-cum-living-room consists of a cosy sitting area with sleeping accommodation for 2 people and, of course, a colour TV. There is also a dining area for up to 6 people.
The washing machine and dryer can be rented for a fee

The bedrooms are bright, friendly and furnished with a double bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC.
Parking spaces are available directly at the house and there are also barbecue facilities. With us you can spend a relaxing holiday, because already from the terrace or the balcony you can enjoy the sea air and the healthy stimulating climate of the North Sea.
All our flats are very clean, well-kept, newly renovated and non-smoking. If you would like to bring animals with you, please contact us in advance.

Schöne & gepflegte Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe
Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und gepflegt. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr sauber und in einem Top Zustand. Vor allem die Küche ist relativ neu und bis auf eine Spülmaschine ist vom Wasserkocher bis zur Mikrowelle und einem Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank wirklich alles vorhanden. In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen, da sie wirklich sehr bequem waren. Toll ist auch der kleine Garten der Wohnung, der mit Esstisch und Stühlen ausgestattet ist. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß ist man schon am Strand. Etwa 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß befindet sich ein Netto und eine gute Bäckerei. Die Vermieter sind außerdem sehr sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

North Sea holiday
Clean, well-equipped holiday flat near the dike. 2 bedrooms with super beds; 1 double box spring bed and 1 French box spring bed. Quiet location; it was also very quiet in the house. Terrace with nice seating as well as clothesline. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and a dryer for use for a fee. Shopping market within 15 minutes walking distance.

Schöne, saubere, ebenerdige Wohnung
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage. Obwohl ich mit einer Gehhilfe unterwegs war, konnte ich mich in der Wohnung gut bewegen.
Es war noch alles ziemlich neu, in dem Boxspringbett haben wir gut geschlafen.
Den zusätzlichen Fernseher im Schlafzimmer fand ich sehr gut.
Netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern.
Preis/Leistung in Ordnung.
