We welcome you to the East Frisian North Sea coast in the beautiful North Sea resort of Norddeich. For the most beautiful time of the year, we would like to introduce our Ankerweg holiday home to you below.

No matter if summer or winter: Our house is available to you all year round, because Norddeich has a lot to offer to those seeking relaxation, and not just in the summertime

Location and surroundings of object

our Ankerweg holiday home is centrally located in the centre of Norddeich. The house has been renovated. It is mainly equipped with floor tiles and PVC flooring. Our holiday home offers 4 different flats.

In the immediate vicinity you will find the Ocean Wave adventure pool, the children's playhouse and the seal breeding station. The beach, as well as the spa clinic and the spa park can be reached in approx. 5 minutes on foot. A bus stop can be found in the immediate vicinity of our flats.

Shopping facilities are also within easy reach in just a few minutes' walk. The holiday home is located in a quiet (dead-end) area of Norddeich within a 30 km zone.

The ferry terminals to the islands of Norderney and Juist are about 10 minutes away, as is the Norddeich railway station. If you would like to travel by train, please contact us, we will be happy to pick you up from Norddeich station (for a small fee) and bring you there again if you wish. Our flats with approx. 50m² offer space for up to 4 people. The kitchen-cum-living-room consists of a cosy sitting area with sleeping accommodation for 2 people and, of course, a colour TV. There is also a dining area for 4 people. The kitchens are fully equipped with:

Electric kettle
The bedrooms are bright, friendly and furnished with a double bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with shower and WC.

Parking spaces are available directly at the house and there are also barbecue facilities. With us you can spend a relaxing holiday, because already from the terrace or the balcony you can enjoy the sea air and the healthy stimulating climate of the North Sea.

All our flats are very clean, well-kept, newly renovated and non-smoking. If you wish to bring pets, please contact us in advance. Flat A
Is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. The terrace is equipped with comfortable garden furniture (table and chairs) and a garden lawn. Flat B
Is a ground floor flat, it is equipped with a sun terrace. Garden furniture is available.
Flat C/D
Are on the upper floor and can be reached by 14 steps. A large balcony with table and chairs is also available.

Very nice landlords who also picked us up from the train station.
Everything is available, except for spices. Comfortable bed, nice shower, comfortable couch, well-equipped kitchen.

Anchor Way 14, Apartment Type D, Norddeich

The floor was clean - on the cabinets thick, greasy dust! The extractor hood greasy, coffee machine likewise. Duvet and pillow yellowish, meaning not washed for a very long time.
The apartment door is a normal room door, everything very noisy. The faux leather covering of the chairs unsightly, torn, chair unstable.
Shameful to rent an apartment in this condition.

Everything top!!!

We really liked the apartment; the location is in a quiet cul-de-sac, not far from the beach or shopping, everything is easily and quickly accessible. The apartment was very clean and the landlords are very friendly. The apartment was equipped so that nothing was missing. We will definitely come back and also recommend the landlords. A nice, clean flat with terrace in a quiet area. Very centrally located, everything is within walking distance. Nice landlords, just ideal.

Everything was perfect!

The landlady was very nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable in the ground floor apartment with the enclosed terrace. Everything you need as a self-caterer was available, and the apartment itself was super clean and well-maintained. The beach, bakery, restaurants, and shops were all within easy walking distance. Thanks to the Yalcin family for the lovely stay, we will definitely come back again.

Feel-good apartment even in Corona times

We rented apartment D with a large balcony for 2 weeks. We appreciated the spaciousness, coziness, and cleanliness of the apartment as well as its good location: it is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, yet only 8 minutes away from a supermarket. The seal sanctuary, the beach, the mudflats, and the restaurants in the center of Norddeich are quickly accessible on foot. Norddeich is well suited as a starting point for exploring East Frisia in particular (the sluice towns, Aurich, Emden, the Moormuseum Moordorf . . . ). The landlady is very courteous and helpful. In our opinion, a highly recommended holiday accommodation.

Great location, well-maintained, friendly landlady.

We were in Norddeich after a long time, this time at Ankerweg 14, rented through Mrs. Yalcin. The apartment is well maintained, the location is great, and even my mother with limited mobility got along very well there! Mrs. Yalcin and her husband are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I find a bit expensive is the price for bed linen and towels; otherwise, we have no complaints and would want to stay there again at any time. Thank you for the great time, Family Yalcin.

Beautiful and quiet location

I stayed with the Yalcin family for the first time last year with my daughter in the ground floor flat in Ankerweg.
We felt very comfortable and the family is very nice and helpful. The flat is sufficiently equipped for a relaxing holiday, clean and centrally located. The spa park, the beach and the seal station are within walking distance. Shopping facilities and restaurants as well
In May of this year, my next short holiday followed with my husband and I am currently planning to spend a relaxing weekend together with my godchild again with the Yalcin family in October. I am looking forward to it like a little child.
