The Costa Blanca has been recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) as the healthiest region to live. With more than 300 days of sunshine a year, you can enjoy pleasant temperatures all year round. The average annual temperature is 18⁰ C, which means that in summer the temperature is not so extreme and the temperature in winter can be relatively warm.
These temperatures are due to the microclimate. The Costa Blanca has in the east the Mediterranean and a few miles inland to the west of large mountains. Both help to keep the good weather and leave the bad weather outside.
The microclimate of the Costablanca is due to the inland and the mountain range from Murcia to Denia. This mountain range is like a kind of barrier inland. The mountains vary in height, but usually between 1000 and 1500 meters. This mountain range works like a buffer against the weather from the sea and the hinterland.

Great vacation
We had a great vacation here. The holiday home is located in a quiet area. Everything was very clean and well-maintained and really nicely furnished. The holiday home is equipped with everything you need; we lacked nothing. A very well-kept pool and outside there are various seating areas. We can only recommend the accommodation.

Super-Holiday Resort
We felt very comfortable. Very quiet residential area, beautiful pool, large terrace. In the evenings, a fireplace in the living room on cool nights. Very good beds, kitchen equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine. We would love to come back. It was simply wonderful. We can only recommend it.
