In the house Maria there are two holiday apartments !
TYPE A . 50sqm with balcony offers space for four persons.
TYPE B . 40sqm offers space for three people and the flats are located on the first floor.
We have a large garden for sitting.
The kitchen consists of a cosy sitting area with sleeping accommodation for 2 people, a colour TV and a dining area for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker (oven and 4 hobs), coffee machine, toaster etc.. From this room you also have access to the adjacent balcony.
High chair, travel cot, bed linen, Wifi available free of charge.
We are happy to provide towels for a small fee.

Location and surroundings of object
The Maria holiday home is located at Norddeicher Straße 260 and is about 500 m from the centre of Norddeich. From here, you can reach the beach and the harbour as well as the marina in just a few minutes. From the ferry piers, the Frisia ferries take you to the offshore islands of Norderney and Juist, which can be seen from the mainland in fine weather. Events such as the fish market with its market criers take place in the eastern harbour several times a year.
The house was completed on 1 June 2002 and offers you 2 different holiday flats
These are very modern and comfortably furnished, so that you can really feel at home during your holiday.
We always hand over the flat to our guests in a very clean condition! Furthermore, we provide you with a high chair, travel cot, bed linen, Wifi, free of charge

| All the prices that appear are for TYPE B for 2 people. TYPE A costs 5€ - 7€ more because the flat is bigger than TYPE B. The extra costs of the flat TYPE A cost 50€. The extra costs of the flat TYPE B cost 40€. Each additional person who comes along pays 10€ to the additional costs. Holidays and holiday days are valid for high season prices!!! Visitor's tax is 2,50€, children up to 15 years are free. Guests are requested to take out cancellation insurance. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Norddeich, the North Sea spa on the East Frisian coast, offers a healthy stimulating climate. There are many places of interest nearby. Norddeich is the ideal starting point for day trips to the East Frisian Islands. There is a large network of cycle paths along the dyke and in the hinterland. The child-friendly town has an adventure pool with a giant slide, a seal breeding station, a large kite meadow, as well as spa facilities and medical baths
Norden, the lovely town by the sea and behind the dyke, is the most north-westerly town in Germany and at the same time the oldest town in East Frisia, with about 1,000 inhabitants today
Our holiday flat is centrally located on Norddeicher Straße. The nearest shopping facilities (Netto) are 250 m away. Within approx. 1000 m you will find numerous restaurants, ice cream parlours, souvenir shops, the adventure pool 'Ocean Wave' and the beach.
Starting point for trips to the picturesque harbour Greetsiel, to Emden (35 km), Aurich (30 km), Leer (60 km), Oldenburg (100 km), Bremen (150 km) or to the nearby Netherlands.

Sehr gastfreundlich
The homeowner is very hospitable and helpful. We could use the garden, parking directly on the farm. Everything within walking distance. We thank you for the hospitality and will come back. Greetings Sonja, Zara, and Jasmin.

Here you can go on vacation
If you don't mind the simple ambiance, you can have a good vacation here. Everything was very clean. The landlords are nice.
The beach is not suitable for barefoot walking unless you want to go mud-walking. The mud really bothered me.
There are better vacation spots out there.
