In 2015, we completely renovated and refurnished our holiday flat.
Due to its ground-level location, the flat is particularly suitable for families with small children, people with walking difficulties and senior citizens.
In the basement of the house, a sauna and an infrared cabin are available to you free of charge.
The washing machines (for a fee) and electric dryers are located in house 1 next door. The holiday flat has a living area with children's play corner and open kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and WC and can be used with max. 4 persons. For person 3 and 4 the extra bed in the living area is possible
We are happy to provide a cot and buggy for the "little ones" free of charge.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker and an oven with microwave. There is also a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and crockery and cutlery for 6 people.
Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. Of course, your beds are already made upon your arrival, so that you can fully look forward to a relaxing holiday right from the start

Each holiday flat has a parking space (free of charge).
Breakfast can be booked in the nearby "Villa Dorothea" (for an extra charge).
Please understand that smoking and pets are not allowed in our holiday flat.

Location and surroundings of object
Our modernly furnished 2-room holiday flat (Maxim-Gorki-Str. 58), with direct access to the beach, is idyllically located in a park-like complex on the beach promenade.
You can reach the beach in approx. 2 minutes on foot, the centre of the seaside resort in approx. 15 minutes on foot.
The pier at Heringsdorf is only about 300 m away, and the seaside resort of Bansin is 400 m away.
Many restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the holiday flat
The supermarket is about 200 m away.

Location and cleanliness
Very clean apartment, the outside area was also very well maintained.
We stayed with our grandchild and immediately extended our stay by two days.
