This beautiful, cozy, renovated holiday apartment is truly located in the most beautiful part of Bergen NH (accessible only via stairs).
Here you can enjoy the peace! With free private parking at the house—where else can you find that?
Look forward to a cozy living room with German TV channels, a dining area and a new kitchen with dishwasher, as well as a new bathroom/WC and washing machine on the first floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms as well as an extra toilet.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds.
We offer you a WLAN connection.
The terrace is located on the first floor and faces south, so you can enjoy many hours of sunshine. The terrace has also been renovated and has received a new surface.

Location and surroundings of object
Bergen is now over 1000 years old. Around the old 'Ruinekerk' (ruin church) we find a rural village with greenery of old trees and large green areas, about 700 ha large forest and dune area of the forester Schoorl. Also this area is freely accessible and is surrounded by many cycle paths u. Traversed by hiking trails. In all areas there are also extensive horse rides, which are accessible in Bergen and Schoorl.
If you see mountains, you are in love!
A bicycle rental is about 150 meters away.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.
Every cancellation must be communicated in writing by email to the Kustlijn Holiday Home. In the event of a cancellation, the renter owes cancellation fees as follows: - 25% of the rental price if the cancellation is made by the renter up to 8 weeks before the date of arrival. - 75% of the rental price if the cancellation is made within 8 weeks of the date of arrival. Should the renter not utilize the property or leave before the end of the rental period, no (proportional) refund of the rental amount will be made. If the renter wishes to reschedule the booking, this is possible in consultation with Kustlijn Holiday Home; the renter must make this request via email.

Summer and winter months are held almost daily events. Sights: Alkmaar, the famous cheese city. The Heroes with Texel ferry, , Maritime Museum, Fort Kijkduin (built by Napoleon, historic towns Hoorn, Medemblik, Enkhuizen, Zaanse schand and of course Amsterdam.

Correction
The final cleaning fee is only 60 euros. Additionally, there is a 25 euro booking fee. Everything else is correct!

Great location
Quietly located, yet close to the center with shopping options and a bus stop.
Beautiful place.
Price-performance ratio excellent.
The 2nd bedroom is more of a storage room and separated only by a very thin wall.
Current information is lacking.
Private parking.
Friendly reception and hassle-free handover.
But why 85 euros for the
final cleaning when the kitchen floor and counter
are sticky? (For the final cleaning
of a twice as large apartment in Dresden, only 45 euros are charged.)
