This holiday home is beautifully situated on a forest slope with a view of the entire village. We have just renovated it and furnished it in a modern style. You are undisturbed here, without street noise and without direct neighbours. Nevertheless, it is only a few hundred metres from the village.
The house has a master bedroom, a children's bedroom, two sofa beds (in the 30 sqm living room and in the conservatory), another conservatory, electric heating, and a lot of forest.

The house is located on Unterweißenbach in the forest, with stunning panoramic views of the town. Approx. 800 meters forest guarantee to the house a lot of rest and relaxation. The Leibis-dam is about 1 km away, the road behind the house. Unterweißenbach is a village, 60 km from the state capital Erfurt. The town has several restaurants, shops, a leisure pool with water slide, beach volleyball, mini golf, bowling center, sports court, tennis court, etc. Not to mention the second largest dam in Germany, only just completed. In Leibis Dam can also be fished with light.

In the pictures you can see the exterior views, the master bedroom, the living room with sofa bed, kitchen and conservatory with panoramic views. Further there is a conservatory with sofa bed and electric fireplace, children's bedroom with pull-out bed and a dining room on the ground floor with a corner seat, and panoramic views. Of course there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet and vanity.

A very pleasant stay overall
We were there from May 28 to June 6, 2025, just the two of us with a dog in this wonderful accommodation. Located right by the forest and wonderfully quiet, we lacked nothing. From the first communication to the arrival and the return of the keys, everything went excellently. A small repair was carried out immediately despite it being the weekend, even though we hadn't requested it at all. The equipment and location are excellent; we could undertake both larger hikes and additional smaller walks directly from Villa Isabella. There is unexpectedly much to discover in the immediate vicinity. We had a particularly exciting, historically significant highlight that we hadn't even considered beforehand ;) Even in the slightly wider area, we were able to visit so many beautiful destinations that we couldn't fit everything into our schedule. The return to the holiday home was always a crowning conclusion to our excursions and always heralded a relaxed evening. We had pleasantly ample space on both floors, even for a dog bed each. Overall, we found the space to be unusually generous. We enjoyed the two conservatories and the terrace daily and very much. We thank the Schütz family for the great, very pleasant stay.

Turn of the year 2021/2022
We had a wonderful time at Villa Isabella. The location of the FH is great, we could start hiking from there every day. The equipment is great, except for a second toilet, we didn't miss anything. The great view of the village and the nature are unique. We would like to come back again. Best regards from the Titze family and friends.

Very beautiful house in a scenic and quiet environment.
We visited this wonderful holiday home twice in 2020. The holiday home Isabella is ideally located on the sunny mountainside by the forest. The view of the valley and surrounding mountains is fantastic. The house is very spacious and offers all amenities for a lovely vacation. It has been furnished with great attention to detail. The flora and fauna amazed us. There is much to discover. Since the house is in a quiet location, we also stayed on site sometimes. Pure relaxation!!!! In the vicinity, there are many excursion destinations that can be reached shortly. (e.g. castles, palaces, Rennsteig hiking trail, glass blowing studios, Christmas factory, summer toboggan run, etc.) We would also like to recommend the clean and friendly swimming pool in Unterweißbach (suitable for all age groups). Hiking trails are well marked. The Schütz family is very friendly and helped us in an emergency situation;-)))). Thanks again for that. We felt very comfortable and will book the house again in 2021. Relaxing vacation
