The villa and the charming outbuilding were recently restored with much love. It is an ambience in the Tuscan tradition with modern comforts and designs that give the property incomparable charm. Visible wooden beams and terracotta floors, typical of the old country houses, characterize the entire property.
The living area is on three levels and offers plenty of space for larger groups up to 29 people. The country house is divided into 7 units and offers with the annexe a total of 8 independent apartments, each with its own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
There are a total of 12 bedrooms: 8 double, 3 triple (double and 1 single) and 1 quad (double and 1 bunk for 2 people).
On the ground floor there is a large living room with sofas, armchairs, a dining table and a working fireplace, pool table and tables where all the guests can meet to have meals together or just spend the day together. There are also 2 guest toilets.
From the living room leads directly to the panoramic terrace, from which you can enjoy the magnificent view of Cortona.
There is also a large main kitchen in which you can cook together.
All rooms of the property are equipped with air conditioning and heating. Internet Wi-Fi is received throughout the property.

Up to 20 private parking spaces, private and fully fenced garden with large swimming pool (7x14m) equipped with deckchairs and parasols, garden furniture, gazebos, games for children, table tennis, billiard, small football field, barbecue and pizza oven.

From the property you can easily make day trips to the popular Tuscan cities: Florence, Pisa, Arezzo, Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, San Gimignano or Volterra to name but a few.
The Casale is just 8 km from the old town of Cortona.
The Sentiero della Bonifica bike path is 1 km away and can be explored on site using the rental bicycles.
The property is 200 meters from a mini market, near a riding stables and numerous hiking trails. A larger supermarket is 2 km away and several restaurants can be found within 5 km.
