Description
A large holiday flat over two floors - with 2 balconies and sea view from the penthouse floor!
You reach the large living room via a comfortable spiral staircase. It has a fireplace - which can be heated with wood - and a large flat screen TV. The glazed north front offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and the pier. At the back/land side there is a sunny, comfortably furnished south-west facing balcony. A large bedroom with double bed and wardrobe is on the same floor ()
On the lower floor () is the separate kitchen, the shower room with WC and hairdryer and the 2nd bedroom. This is furnished with a flat screen TV, a 1.40 m wide bed and a wardrobe. From the kitchen you have access to a small south-west facing balcony.
The flat is located on the 3rd and 4th floor.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
A lift is available in the building.
The flat comes with a free parking space in the Wylichstraße multi-storey car park (entrance height 1.90 m).
The flat can be occupied by up to 4 people and a small child in a travel cot.
A travel cot can be rented for a fee if required.

Villa Jahreszeiten in the 2nd row looks out over the water between the houses in the first row. Centrally and quietly located, you can reach the beach and the promenade in just a few steps. The centre of Binz with its restaurants, bakers, shops and promenade is only a stone's throw away.

Familienurlaub
We spent a family vacation with our adult daughters after a long time. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. We could have breakfast on the balcony and let the evening fade away. The living room was also cozy, comfortable with a beautiful view. We will surely remember this beautiful week for a long time!

Autumn on Rügen ...
Sun, storm, and rain. Weather-wise, we had it all. Although we comfortably let the bad weather pass by at the large living room windows while enjoying the fire in the fireplace.
Conclusion: A lovely large apartment where you can spend a rainy day in comfort...

Wonderful summer vacation in Binz.
Spacious, bright, with a view of the lake through the interesting glass construction in the living room. The house is quietly located, we slept well. With the kids, you can quickly get to the beach and back. My husband would have liked to light the fireplace, but we'll come back in the cold winter for that ;)...

Plenty of sunshine!
Dream summer in Binz! We had wonderful holiday days in this large, bright apartment. The house is located just behind the first row and looks, so to speak, between the first row to the water. Accordingly, you are also quickly at the beach. If there was a problem, one could quickly be home with the kids on the toilet :) ...
So, a warmest recommendation!

Lots of space!
A very large, very beautiful apartment. The whole family felt comfortable! Only our father was sad: with the superb summer weather, we didn't want to light the fireplace. Maybe next time :)
