The beach is only 200m away.
The town, where you will find numerous cafés, restaurants and shops, is only a 5-minute walk away.

At 3 PM still not cleaned, and also dirty.
Cleanliness was not given.
Stains on the cabinets, no cleaning cloth, 1 dish towel, 1 toilet roll, no salt.
Terrace unkempt and overgrown.
No light for the terrace available, or not found.
There wasn't even a note with the Wi-Fi password or other information about general things in the apartment.
When showering, the whole bathroom floods, as the shower cabin is not sealed and the drain lets the water flow away very slowly. Thus, we were allowed to wipe after each shower.
You can't access the driveway with the family car or take the hedges on the left and right.
Kettle milky.
No pillows available for the people for the sofa bed, had to repurpose sofa cushions.
If indicating for 8 people, then please also provide 8 pillows.

Disappointing weekend in the Elvis Presley apartment, landlord Raphael.
The vacation rental overall made an impression that it needs renovation, for example, the difficult to traverse paving to the entrance, low ceilings, worn-out bathroom. The apartment is very noisy, every movement in the apartment above was clearly noticeable and very disturbing.
The stay in the apartment and on the terrace was severely disrupted by landscaping work (lawnmower, leaf blower, grass trimmer) carried out by the landlord on Saturday afternoon for several hours.
