Description
Family house in the beautiful artists’ village of Bergen, where you can enjoy absolute peace and relaxation in the greenery. Only a few minutes’ walk from the village center. The bright semi-detached house, built in the fifties, has a fairly long driveway (20 meters, leads through the bushes and is shared with the neighbors) and its own parking space and is located on a quiet avenue. The furnishings are simple but tasteful and complete.

Location and surroundings of object
This family house is located on the edge of the artist village Bergen. A few minutes walk away you will find the cozy village with its many sunny sidewalk cafes, restaurants and boutiques.
Of course, you can enjoy the sea and the beach, but you can also take a walk or cycle through woods and dunes. Bergen is a cozy old village with many sidewalk cafes, restaurants, boutiques and also you can enjoy art, golf, horseback riding, cycling. By bike you can drive through the dunes to the beach (20 minutes), but also in the neighboring coastal village of Schoorl and Camperduin.
You can ride horse nearby, and play golf on the Sluispolder golf course (3 km).
Nearby is the beautiful old town Alkmaar (5 km) with canals, cheese market and many shops. And Amsterdam is also easy to reach by car or train.
Of course art also exists in the artist village Bergen, for example in Museum Kranenburgh.

Very satisfied!
We had a great week here with our daughter, son-in-law, and grandchild. We lacked nothing and really enjoyed the location and the good facilities of the house.
We mostly cooked at home, which was quite cheap since everything we needed was on site, from the stove to the microwave, refrigerator, etc.
We would especially like to highlight the friendliness and great support from Marieke and Ruud when we had a little problem. Quickly, the problem was solved.
We will gladly return.

Wonderful accommodation
Top holiday home!
The house is centrally located to the city center and yet wonderfully quiet.
The house and garden are spacious, and the facilities include furniture, dishes, pots, etc.
There are wonderful seating areas in the house and garden for relaxing. The beds have very good mattresses, so even people with back problems can have a restful night's sleep.
There is also plenty of space to unpack your suitcases.
All in all, this house is not just a house, but a home. You can arrive and feel comfortable right away.
It is also worth mentioning the care of the landlords. Thank you very much, Ruud and Marieke! We are already looking forward to our Easter vacation in 2024.

A wonderful vacation
We spent wonderful days in Bergen in the house of the Jongedijk family and felt completely comfortable.
The house is absolutely clean and nothing is missing, you come in and can immediately enjoy your vacation. The weather also treated us well, so we could spend beautiful hours in the garden.
We can recommend the house without reservation and there can be no better landlords than Ruud and Marieke. They are such friendly, accommodating, and empathetic people who are always accessible and have thus made our vacation even sweeter.

Quiet beautiful holiday home
We spent 5 days in this beautiful, quiet holiday home.
The occasion was unfortunately not so nice, my husband's burial at sea
Nevertheless, we were able to enjoy the days "afterwards" among ourselves. There was nothing missing, super equipment, quiet location, plenty of space, village centre within short walking distance. Very friendly, sympathetic landlords!
We would like to come back!

This house is a family home. The owner grew up here as a kid. Mother is German and father came from Bergen. The house was renovated in 2017, renovated and was rented from then on. The owner now lives 50 km from the apartment. We ourselves or the administration will receive you in a friendly way! You can rent the house the whole year. Every season is beautiful in Bergen. We also like to stay for recreation in this cozy ('gezellige') house. Welkom in Huisinbergen! Marieke and Ruud

Gekocht haben wir meistens zuhause, was recht günstig war, da alles was für dafür benötigten vor Ort war. Vom Herd angefangen, über die Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank usw.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und die tolle Unterstützung von Marieke und Ruud, als wir mal ein kleines Problem hatten. Ruckzuck wurde das Problem gelöst.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus liegt zentral zur Innenstadt und ist dennoch traumhaft ruhig.
Haus und Garten sind großzügig geschnitten und die Einrichtung inkl Mobiliar und Geschirr, Töpfe, etc. ausreichend vorhanden.
Im Haus und im Garten gibt es wunderbare Sitzgruppen zum entspannen. Die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen, so dass auch Personen mit Rückenproblemen erholsame Nachtruhe haben.
Auch gibt es reichlich Platz um seine Koffer auszupacken.
Alles in allem ist dieses Haus nicht nur ein Haus sondern ein Zuhause. Hier kann man ankommen und sich direkt wohlfühlen.
Besonders erwähnenswert ist noch die Fürsorge der Vermieter. Vielen Dank Ruud und Marieke! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren Osterurlaub in 2024.

Das Haus ist absolut sauber und es fehlt an nichts, man kommt rein und kann sofort seinen Urlaub genießen. Das Wetter hatte es ebenfalls mit uns gut gemeint, so dass wir auch schöne Stunden im
Garten verbringen konnten.
Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und bessere Vermieter als Ruud und Marieke
kann es nicht geben. Es sind so freundliche, entgegenkommende und empathische Menschen, die jederzeit erreichbar sind und uns somit unseren Urlaub noch versüßt haben.

Der Anlass war leider weniger schön,Seebestattung meines Mannes.
Dennoch haben wir die Tage "danach "unter uns, geniessen können. Es fehlte an nichts,super Ausstattung, ruhige Lage, viel Platz, Ortsmitte in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr freundliche, sympathische Vermieter!

Können Wohnung für Elternpaar mit bis zu 4 kleineren Kindern (und etwaigem Haustier - Garten abgeschlossen) uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
