A lovely 1-room holiday flat awaits you in a prime beach location - in a historic villa in seaside style!
The holiday flat was renovated and refurnished for you in 2020.
You can now look forward to relaxing holidays in a modern and well-kept ambience!
The bed-sit room is comfortably equipped with cable TV, CD radio, free Wi-Fi and a dining area with kitchenette, where you will find a microwave, fridge with ice compartment, 2-plate induction hob, toaster, coffee machine and kettle
The dining table is 120 x 80 cm and can be extended to 160 x 80 cm if required.
The couch with sleeping function can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children
The box spring bed with integrated night lights and additional storage space in the bed drawers has a comfortable size of 1.60 x 2m.
The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, WC and ironing station.
The holiday flat is located on the ground floor.
Cot and high chair can be provided by arrangement (free of charge).
A beach chair is available free of charge from May to September on the beach in front of the villa.
A parking space in the car park at Proraer Chaussee 5 is reserved for you and free of charge.

The "Nymphe" holiday flat in the Villa Frigga - a historic villa in seaside style - is located directly on the beach (beach promenade) of Binz. You can reach the pier in 2 minutes on foot. The centre, shopping facilities and restaurants are also within walking distance. The spa park and the spa administration are also just a few steps away.

Beautifully situated!
Right by the beach, we have had a great time relaxing here. The summer seems to have no end this year, so we were able to make good use of the beach chair. It was very nice here - thank you!

Everything you need is available!
I spent a "break from the family" here, leaving my husband and children at home and really relaxed... it was wonderful: right on the beach, with the best summer weather... I feel completely rejuvenated - thank you!
