The holiday flat Storchennest (attic, 65sqm) offers space for 2 to a maximum of 5 people and 1 small child. The beauty of natural things is at home there. It is flooded with light and sunshine. From the dining table you look out over the Achterwasser. There you can see the white sails flashing in the sun. The flat has a large seating area in the enclosed courtyard
The beach, the Achterwasser and everyday necessities can be reached easily from here in about 15 to 30 minutes on foot. The Stork's Nest is comfortable, high-quality and tastefully furnished. The modern living area with floorboards and dining set made of real wood and comfortable couch merges into a well-equipped fitted kitchen. The right place for a pleasant togetherness of laughing, playing, eating, cooking and good conversations. The flat overlooks the neighbours' gardens. High chair and cot are available free of charge. If it should rain on the sunny island of Usedom, TV, satellite TV, radio, CD and DVD player, books and games for young and old will keep you entertained. A free car parking space and a lockable bike shed on the property are a matter of course.
The high-quality wooden and wicker seating furniture on the seating area is surrounded by perennials such as cranesbill and fragrant herbs. You enter the holiday flat from Haus Sonne. It is tastefully and individually furnished. The large bathroom (bathtub and shower) with outside window is next to the spacious bedroom with sheep's wool carpet. Here a double bed and a single bed invite you to dream and relax. A travel cot for children is available. All in all, there is plenty of space to relax, sunbathe and play with rubber bands. For chilling out or barbecuing in the warm evening air.

Location and surroundings of object
The dike and the Achterwasser with its idyllic harbour can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. There are not only delicious fish dishes, but also regular boat trips on the Achterwasser to the mainland to Lassan. From the port of Peenemünde, about 1 hour away by bike, a small ferry regularly crosses to the still active fishing village of Freest on the mainland. For those who find the beach life too turbulent or prefer to enjoy the unimaginable tranquillity of the dreamlike hinterland with its dreamy villages and peninsulas of Usedom, there is a direct link from the Stork's Nest to kilometres of cycling and hiking trails on the nature park island of Usedom. Here you can discover the oldest form of wellness, experiencing nature. The quiet and almost deserted Achterland of the Gnitz peninsula, past the old village centre, now a cemetery and rose garden, can be reached by bike in about 30 minutes. Even to the secluded Lieper Winkel, past quiet villages with small places to stop for refreshments, it is only about 1.5 to 2 hours by bike. It takes about 1.5 hours to cycle to the Kaiserbäder or Swinemünde.
