Detached Ibiza-style villa with stunning views. 150 m² of living space divided into 2 floors. Luxurious furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. On the ground floor there are a total of 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite. The living area and the bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor terrace with pool via glass doors. This brings in a lot of light and creates a feel-good atmosphere. The large pool terrace with an infinity pool of 3.20 m x 11 m offers a fantastic view over Pego to the sea. 4 sun loungers, a cosy "lounge corner" and a dining table with gas barbecue on the opposite side of the terrace offer you every comfort for cosy barbecue evenings. The open living area on the ground floor with luxury kitchen, dining table and leather seating area is connected to the gallery on the upper floor via a staircase. The gallery has a big sofa and a smart TV with German satellite TV. This area is also air-conditioned and has a balcony. Villa Barbara has underfloor heating, so you don't have to do without a cosy warmth even on cooler days or in winter. Villa Barbara also has a separate flat of approx. 90 sqm in the basement with a further 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite, a living room and kitchen, which can be additionally booked for up to 4 people in conjunction with a booking of Villa Barbara.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa Barbara is located in an urbanization of the small village of Adubia. Surrounded by orange fields and mountain formations you have a wonderful view of Pego and the sea. The beach is about 10 minutes drive. The airports Alicante or Valencia are about 90km away. To Denia about 24 km. Bank, doctor, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in place. Supermarkets in Pego (about 3 km away). 325 sunny days a year, even in winter sunny, clear and mild.

Wonderful holiday!
One can only say that Villa Barbara is amazing, even small details one would not expect were all there; one felt totally comfortable...
Weekly markets were very easily accessible, 10-15 km/h away from the house. We were in Pego and the next town, Oliva, simply beautiful :)
Supermarkets are 7 minutes away: Mercadona & Aldi, everything nice and close, as well as a Farmacia (pharmacy). Shopping could be done nearby, in the town of Ondara/Alicante, very nice and large shopping center Portal DE La Marina. 26 min. away.
The beach in the town of Olivia is also a dream, very clean and beautiful.
A detour to Denia by car takes 35 min; it's 45 min to Moraira.
The great restaurant Grizzly Bear in Moraira is a must, very, very delicious there, and of course the beach promenade of Moraira.
We can only recommend Villa Barbara, we've been to Costa Blanca many times, but the ambiance, and especially the peace and quiet, is simply heavenly there.

Wow, very beautiful modern holiday villa.
Everything was wonderful, from communication to arrival and departure. The villa is truly a very nice accommodation in the mountains with a dreamlike view. It is 12 km (about 20 min) by car from Les Deveses beach. Shopping opportunities are about 4 km away. For us, it was a very nice holiday. Dream villa in Ibiza style
A beautiful villa that catches the eye as you drive into the holiday home development.
Here you can relax and enjoy absolute peace and a dream view down to the valley and the sea. This view from the terrace and from the infinity pool is simply fantastic.
The house is very well equipped, there is nothing missing, everything was in tip top condition.
Communication with the landlord is smooth and the contact persons on site, Tracy and her husband James, are always available, react very quickly and have many good recommendations.
A large supermarket is less than 10 minutes away from the house, here you can get everything you need. You can drive to Dénia, for example, to the marina and to Altea, where you can eat and stroll in the Old Town or on the promenade.
We took the train to Valencia, it couldn't be more relaxed. You can ask Tracy for more information about the train journey.
The beach is about 20 minutes away, if you arrive early you will easily find a parking space. Our daughter has been horseback riding for many years and here too we can make a recommendation, the "Club Hípico Benissa" riding stable is just over 40 minutes away, a great stable, very friendly staff and very well-kept horses. We contacted them through their website before the vacation and then communicated on site, top!
All in all, it was a very relaxing vacation in a great environment.

Dream villa with breathtaking views!
This villa can be described in 3 letters: WOW! Already when entering, one is fascinated by the amazing view from the large windows. You can already see it from the main access road below, towards the residential area... it is the most beautiful! We couldn't get enough of it, whether it was the sunrise in the morning, being able to see the sea during the day, or in the evening when all the lights in the village below were on. Birds are chirping outside and overall it is a quiet residential area. The seamless design inside the house is super modern and it feels great to walk barefoot. It takes about 8 minutes to drive to the nearest supermarket Mercadona and a few meters further is Aldi. Pego is a quiet place with little traffic, which pleased us very much. About 35 minutes away is Denia with its marina and many restaurants. It takes 20 minutes to drive to the nearest beach. So everything is in good proximity! The house is equipped with everything you need, has a good kitchen with good cooking utensils. Communication with the landlord went smoothly, he took care of us well from a distance, while 2 caretakers live just a few minutes' walk from the house and are immediately available if you need anything. We were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable right away. It's a shame that we only stayed one week. We highly recommend it!
