Adjacent to the terrace is a large garden where the children can romp around. A swing and a small slide are available.
The property is fenced in, so they are still safe and can't just run out into the street
The bathing beach at Grimnitzsee is about 250 m away. The water is relatively shallow at the shore, so it is also ideal for small children.

There is a café at the front of the complex.
There are 2 large discount stores about 500 m away and another one about 2 km.
There are raft trips on the way to Eberswalde, and the famous zoo is in Eberswalde.
