Welcome to our beautiful, sun-drenched apartment Lichtblick. The apartment is located on a quiet residential street in the Strandbad Tossens. The apartment offers space for up to 4 people. The apartment is on the ground floor and at ground level, so it is also suitable for guests who do not want or are unable to climb stairs. The apartment is approx. 60 sqm in size. It contains a shower bathroom with natural light, a bedroom with a double bed (mattresses 2x 90cm x 200cm), a wardrobe, and a mirror. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle, a Tassimo capsule machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove with ceramic hob, and an oven. The living room has a patio door to the garden, a flat-screen TV with satellite reception, a DVD player, a compact stereo system with CD-USB and Bluetooth, and a sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment is also equipped with a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, an iron, and a washer-dryer. For the garden, there is a sun lounger, benches, a table, a sun umbrella, and a charcoal grill. There is also a parking space for a car at the house. Special feature:

Vacation 2025 Tossens

We spent 10 days of summer vacation here in August 2025 and felt very comfortable. The booking was uncomplicated and the holiday apartment was great. Price/performance is excellent, everything you need is available. Central location, shopping, beach, and restaurants are easily reachable on foot or by bike.

Highly recommended

We liked the apartment very much, we felt very comfortable. Bright, friendly and tasteful. Perfect because of the terrace and lawn. We were not the only ones who had problems with the TV. Two more coffee mugs would be great. The location is ideal. We like to come back.

Simply good

The apartment is located in the old Tossens. Very quiet.
The facilities are very good, the beds comfortable. All rooms are beautifully bright and modernly furnished. We liked it.

Super Urlaub

We felt very comfortable in the apartment with our two children. It is beautifully bright and friendly furnished, sensibly equipped, and very clean and well-maintained. Clear operating instructions are available for all devices, and there is a comprehensive folder with recommendations, information, and suggestions for the area, which was very helpful.

Nice holiday in Butjadingen

Great holiday with good weather. Fantastic landscape for cycling with good places to stop. The Langwarder Groden is worth seeing. A tour called "The Moon is Full" was great. Everything you need is in the apartment. It would be nice to have fly screens on the windows in the kitchen and living room, as well as a handle on the balcony door from the outside. Otherwise, everything was ok. There is a lot to explore from Tossens.

Very nice, small apartment in a quiet location.

The vacation rental is equipped with everything you need and very clean. It is nicely furnished and you immediately feel comfortable as soon as you enter.

All around great!

A house in a great, quiet location. A few minutes to a supermarket. You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes or take the bus. Various dining options are reachable within a few minutes. The house itself is very nicely furnished, clean, and has everything you need, and more. A plus is the clothes dryer, perfect when staying with children. Friendly reception and you can call with any questions, immediate assistance will be provided. Beautiful little garden with seating area and terrace door, small note, a handle outside on the door would be great, then one can close it when sitting in the garden. We managed well like this.

We can only recommend this house, it was incredibly relaxing days, thank you to the entire Ankerplatz North Sea team and praise to the cleaning crew. We will definitely come back!

You can't have better holidays at the Wadden Sea!

The booking went smoothly, we were warmly welcomed in Tossens.
The apartment is well laid out, decorated with attention to detail, and offers everything you need for daily life, and a little more. There is really nothing to complain about. Everything was clean, tidy, and fully functional (WiFi, TV, washing machine, etc.)
The location in Tossens is good, in a quiet side street, yet you can reach the supermarket in 5 minutes on foot, various restaurants in 15 minutes, as well as the sea and the spa park. We were able to leave the car behind except for day trips because everything is within walking distance.
A real tip - we will definitely come back!

Holiday apartment absolutely top, lovingly and absolutely harmoniously furnished.
Contact very warm. The perfect place to simply let your soul dangle.
Although it is a bit more than 500 m to the beach, the short 15-minute walk is very relaxing after a good meal.
The pizzeria near the holiday apartment, as well as the Greek restaurant on the beach, come highly recommended.

Beautiful, modern, and well-equipped holiday apartment located in a quiet residential area opposite a school. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea. Restaurants, water park, and shopping facilities are also easily accessible. Booking and collection of all necessary information were handled quickly and smoothly.
