Description
The villa accommodates 6 holiday guests and a small child. On the ground floor there is the living room with large windows and a wonderful view of the garden, the dining room with 6 seats and access to the conservatory, and the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove (4 burners) and gas oven. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and shower/bathtub. The ground floor has underfloor heating and air conditioning. In winter, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room also provides cozy warmth.
Wall box for charging electric cars available. Use and conditions by arrangement.
From the living room, you can access a covered terrace through the large patio door, which offers good wind and sun protection. From there, you continue into the large, extensively watered natural garden with many native plants, which is mostly not visible from outside. The pool with a second, sunny terrace is available for exclusive use. There is also a built-in barbecue here and in the garden there are some fruit trees as well as a carob tree.
In summer, the pergola in front of the kitchen entrance also provides very pleasant shade.
Upstairs there is another bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower. From the upper floor and from the upstairs bedroom you can access the roof terrace with a view of the Monchique Mountains.
The villa is managed by a German administration with many years of experience.
Linen change and cleaning service once a week, bed linen and hand or bath towels are provided.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Carvoeiro at the end of a cul-de-sac, about 2 km from the sea.
There is a 25-minute walk (1.9 km) to Carvoeiro beach; by car it is 2.7 km. Other beaches are between 5 and 10 km away and can be reached by car or by bus, which connects all the nearby beaches.
A restaurant is within walking distance (600 m). Numerous other restaurants are within a 3 km radius. The nearest large supermarkets are 3.5 km away.
Carvoeiro
Carvoeiro is a picturesque Portuguese beach town (and a popular holiday destination) with 2,800 inhabitants, located on a stunning coastline and offering a fantastic vacation spot for tourists seeking a quiet and relaxing holiday. In Carvoeiro and the surrounding area, there are neither high apartment blocks nor large hotel complexes. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and small shops, but no glamorous shopping arcades or a party strip with booze tourism.
Golf and Tennis
Carvoeiro is an ideal location for a golf holiday with numerous golf courses in the immediate vicinity. Within 10 km there are three excellent golf courses (Gramacho, Pinta, and Silves). There is a tennis facility with several courts and floodlights in the immediate vicinity. Hiking & Nature Experience
Especially in spring, the coast and hinterland offer an extravagant abundance of blossoms. Various hiking maps, hiking guides, and tour suggestions for interesting hiking areas in the nearby surroundings are available in the house. Circular hiking trail Silves along the water channel and Arade River, Rocha da Pena: limestone mountain with great orchid flora and wild peonies, coastal hiking trails with spectacular views on the doorstep and on the west coast, mountain hiking in the nearby Monchique mountains. Guided hikes with various focuses are also offered locally.
Attractions
Silves: historic town on the Arade River with an impressive fortress from Moorish times, nice cafés and shops. Monchique Mountains: hiking paradise, picturesque villages, wide views, summit at 902 m.
Slide & Splash near Lagoa: fun and adventure pool (open from April to October)
Zoomarine Algarve near Guia: amusement park (open from April to November)
Cabo São de Vicente: southwestern tip of Europe, lighthouse, impressive cliffs.
West Coast nature reserve with secluded hiking trails, cliffs with fantastic flora and great views.
A car is required. There is a bike rental on site. There are also bus connections to the nearest town and from there to the train and to the airport.

Dreamlike week in the Casa Frida
We had a wonderful week with 2 adults and 2 children in Casa Frida. The house is quietly located, very clean and well-maintained, fully furnished, and very well equipped. We lacked nothing. Our personal highlight was the large and private pool, which was used extensively. The garden is large and suitable for grilling - we just missed the information that charcoal needs to be brought. The walk to the beach was personally too far for us. By bicycle, it takes 10-15 minutes, but there are some inclines that make the journey seem much longer in the heat of August. With the car, no problem; we rented a car in the village for a few days and explored the Algarve with it.
Another thank you to the very nice and easily reachable property manager; the contact with the owner was also very pleasant and responsive. The deposit was refunded very quickly after departure. All in all, we wholeheartedly recommend Casa Frida. Thank you very much, and perhaps until next time!

Relaxing days in a beautiful vacation home
Spacious holiday home with a large outdoor area and a beautiful pool. The garden and terrace area are a bit overgrown, but that's a matter of taste. Unfortunately, there is no lighting in the outdoor area at night, and the pool is not illuminated either. It's a shame, as the garden doesn't come into its own in the evenings. The renovated living and dining area is particularly nice. The kitchen is a bit outdated, but well-equipped, as are the bathrooms. There is a very nice, large rooftop terrace, but unfortunately, there is only furniture for two chairs up there. The location is good, as you can reach the nearest bathing bay in a few minutes. Shops are also quickly accessible, but a car is necessary. The house manager is extremely nice and accommodating and always available. The owners were also very nice and accommodating in our contacts. We had very nice and relaxing days at Casa Frida, and we especially liked the secluded, peaceful garden with the large pool. The only annoyance was the barking of the neighbor's dog across the street (sometimes at 1:00 am or 6:30 am), as all the bedrooms are unfortunately facing the street. All in all, however, it is a very good value for money, and we would gladly come back.

Beautiful holiday home in Carvoeiro
We had a great week at Casa Frieda. The garden is a dream not only for people but also for insects and birds.
The location is also very good.
The house is in a residential area with a mix of
mix of holiday homes and private houses.
The furnishings are good and cosy.
We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

Casa Frida is to be recommended!
The contact between landlord, property management and me went smoothly. Answers came quickly. There were solutions for everything. The house is TOP equipped. Nothing is missing. From blender sticks to board games and radio
The house is spacious and very comfortably furnished
The house management was very nice and flexible. We could choose our arrival and departure time
The house is not easy to find. But the landlord had already informed us about that. You get a plan
The beach is only a few minutes away by car
We will be very happy to come back!
P.s. The pool looks smaller in the photos. It was our personal highlight with the whole family.

Good facilities in a large house
We had a very nice week in this house in January. It has everything you need for a holiday. Plenty of space for six people. With blue skies and 18 degrees, we could sit in the garden and sunbathe during the day. It is 2 km to the beach in Carvoeiro and to the worth seeing cliffs.
