Podere Pozzuolo is located on the east-west axis Siena (60 km), Follonica on the sea (32 km) in the height of the island of Elba. The apartment is located in a hilly and wooded, quiet natural oasis, a retreat without much tourism.
You can discover hiking, horse riding or cycling in a unique natural environment and romantic and picturesque mountain villages, art treasures and archaeological excavations (Etruscan) in day trips.
Depending on the season, plenty of photo opportunities are available, from pink flamingos, gray and heron to bizarre rock and coastal formations, cypress avenues and vineyards, and small wild orchids in spring.
Buy natural products directly from farmers, such as aromatic honey, olive oil and wine. Bathing in the creek with a waterfall (10 km) or in the sea with beautiful long sandy beaches and pine groves.
The bar 'Il Gabellino' as well as pizzeria and trattoria can also be reached on foot (2 km).
Boccheggiano, with fresh food and a bakery, is 5 km away.
We offer red and white wine from the region, if enough available vegetables from our own organic garden.
The fresh aromatic garden herbs you are welcome to make yourself.

THANK YOU.....
We had a wonderful and relaxing time, and felt very, very comfortable with (and with) Ralf and Marita from the very first moment! We were looking for a rustic, nature-oriented, and quiet accommodation, which we found 100 percent. (This also included the wild boars ?) The location, which was already fixed for us in advance, was perfect. Everything (sea, restaurants, culture, lake, ...) was easily accessible. The apartment was very clean and especially the outdoor area was very lovingly and well maintained. A special place with a noticeably good energy! Surely we will come back. . . . .

A beautiful, relaxed time
If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the perfect place.
The holiday home is functionally equipped, everything you need is there. There is no frills, luckily.
The somewhat secluded location, the beautiful landscape, and the very nice landlords are a guarantee for relaxing days.
In just over half an hour, you can reach the beautiful sandy beaches and admire the cultural highlights of Siena in less than an hour.
Nature lovers will get their money's worth on excursions in the surrounding area.
I spent two months there with my dog and enjoyed every day. Especially outside the classic vacation times, you can experience the countryside and its people in Tuscany particularly authentically.

Very nice contact
We were really looking forward to our holiday but unfortunately had to cancel at short notice due to personal challenges. Despite the short notice cancellation, the contact was very pleasant and friendly throughout. It is a pity that we could not start the holiday as planned.

Secluded with lots of nature!
The operators are hospitable and always strive to make you feel comfortable. There was a bottle of wine and delicious tomatoes from the organic garden as a welcome gift. The accommodation was simply furnished, which was sufficient. The garden is exactly as described in the advertisement. The nearest grocery store is about 12 km and 30 minutes by car. This place is very suitable for people who like peace and seclusion. We slept very well in the beds. Unfortunately, there was no washing machine in the house. Thank you for the peaceful time.
