You can also walk to Burgstaaken with its adventure harbour along the Burger Binnensee. The spacious holiday flat offers enough space for four people. On the south-west terrace you are completely undisturbed and can let your gaze wander into the distance. A special experience is to watch the sun setting as a red fireball behind the Fehmarnsund Bridge in the evening from the terrace.

Neue Tiefe on Fehmarn is a small, tranquil village between Burg and the Burgtiefe peninsula, which is also called Burger Südstrand on Fehmarn. There are no special tourist attractions in Neue Tiefe, but its central location makes it easy to reach the southern beach with its spa promenade and spa facilities, such as the seawater wave pool. Burg, the island's metropolis, can also be easily reached via a well-developed cycle and pedestrian path. A walk directly along the water will take you to the fishing and adventure harbour in Burgstaaken on Fehmarn.

Fehmarn geht anders
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) hatten das Vergnügen dieses Jahr die Ferien auf Fehmarn zu verbringen. Die wunderschöne Insel besuchen wir zum dritten Mal und sind immer wieder Begeistert.
Leider können wir nicht das selber über unsere Unterkunft berichten.
Positiv: Die Unterkunft ist Groß und befindet sich in einer super Lage. Als wir bei der Verwaltung mehrere Sachen gemeldet haben, kamen Sie nur einer Sache nach. Wir erhielten einen Gutschein als Entschädigung, wollten aber dennoch eine Bewertung abgeben. Und hier kommen wir schon zu denn nicht so schönen Teil. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir ziemlich schnell festgestellt das mit der Sauberkeit nicht so streng gesehen wird. Alle Ecken und Kanten waren verdreckt, auf dem Boden unter den Spinnennetz Spuren von Insekten, die meiner Meinung nach, sich über einige Wochen gesammelt haben. Alle Matratzen mit Matratzenschoner (beidseitig) schmutzig und behaart gewesen.
Küche: Ausstattung an Geschirr, Besteckt und alles was dazu gehört reichlich vorhanden. Leider defekte Kaffeemaschine und ziemlich dreckiger Backofen müssen wir auch erwähnen.
Außenwände im Untergeschoß und an der Decke im Bad hatten deutlichen Schimmelbefahl, der einfach mit Wandfarbe oberflächlich mehrfach übergepinselt wurde.
In der Beschreibung heißt es „Auf der Südwest-Terrasse ist man ganz ungestört und kann seinen Blick in die Ferne schweifen lassen.“ Kann man natürlich so behaupten, wenn man sich nicht von dem kleinen Fußweg stören lässt, der gut frequentiert ist.
