Our ground floor holiday flat 'Greetchen' is located in a quiet side street, in Seezungenweg in Greetsiel and is very tastefully, newly and comfortably equipped with its 60 sqm. New, modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave
Large sun terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, flat screen TV in the living room, bathroom with shower
Bed linen or towels can be provided for an extra charge. For 7,50€ per bed and 4,00€ per towel package everything is ready.
A lockable storage room is available for bicycles/pushchairs, car parking space at the house. Free W-LAN.
It is only a few minutes' walk to the harbour, the dyke or the historic town centre with its varied gastronomy, as well as to the EDEKA supermarket with bakery and pharmacy.
The windows and the terrace door are equipped with fly screens.
All rooms are either tiled or have vinyl laminate flooring, which is also suitable for allergy sufferers.
A baby travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge.

The Greetchen apartment is in a very quiet location, but still not far from Greetsiel harbour and the beautiful town centre. It is only a few minutes' walk to the harbour.
In summer, enjoy the beautiful terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers on your private lawn. A barbecue is at your disposal free of charge.

| Please note that the rental prices are for an occupancy of 2 persons. For each additional person 5,00€ per day will be charged. Bed linen and/or towels can be booked in addition. Everything is provided for 7,50€ per bed and 4,00€ per towel package. The final cleaning is charged once with 50,00€ - all energy costs are included in the rental prices. The visitor's tax in Greetsiel is between 1,15€ and 2,30€ for adults, depending on the season. For children from 6-15 years it is between 0,25€ and 0,50€ depending on the season. In all holidays we only rent weekly, either from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. (by arrangement) |

If you are travelling by car, you can easily reach Emden via the A31. After the exit Emden-Mitte, simply follow the signs towards Greetsiel.
By train, you reach the main railway station in Emden. From there, buses run regularly to Greetsiel. Taxis are also regularly available.

Wunderschöne komfortable Ferienwohnung
We spent a relaxing and restful week in a great vacation rental in Greetsiel. Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back next year.
