Villa Candoras is located in Malcesine, in the idyllic district of Val di Sogno, only 250 meters from the shore of Lake Garda.

The detached villa was completely renovated in 2018 and offers absolute peace and privacy on around 7,000 m² of land – also perfect for guests with dogs, who can run free and safe here.
In the upper living area, a large glass sliding door opens towards the lake and connects the light-flooded living space with the balcony and the garden. In the lower area (basement), glass doors lead directly onto the terraces – ideal for harmoniously connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces.
All lower doors are equipped with fly screens – pleasant in summer and practical when the doors are open.
The upper large outdoor terrace also features an outdoor shower – perfect for hot summer days to refresh yourself in between or to cool off briefly after sunbathing. The combination of natural stone and light creates a clear, Mediterranean atmosphere – elegant, unobtrusive, and authentic.
Whether breakfast on the terrace, yoga under olive trees, or a glass of wine at sunset – every moment is accompanied by the light of the lake and the scent of the South.

On the eastern shore of Lake Garda, with an all-round lake view, in the midst of our own olive grove overlooking the mountains opposite and the bay of Val di Sogno
Only 250 meters from the lake – with small bathing bays and the Stickl Surf & Sailing Center within walking distance.
Along the lakeside promenade you can stroll or jog, while above, spectacular trails open up for hiking on Monte Baldo.
Within walking distance are charming restaurants with Italian cuisine, pizzerias, and small cafés by the water. In the old town of Malcesine – just a few minutes away – boutiques, delicatessens, markets, and small concept stores invite you to stroll.
In the surrounding towns such as Torri del Benaco, Limone sul Garda, Riva del Garda, or Salò, there are also elegant boutiques, local designers, handicrafts, and Italian shopping flair.
Or a day trip to Verona, the historic city in northern Italy, known as the setting of "Romeo and Juliet" and for its well-preserved Roman arena. Super Villa!!
We were on site for almost 2 weeks. The nature and the silence were impressive, and the location was perfect: only about 5 minutes by car to Malcesine or around 15 minutes by bike.
Everything fit perfectly and the hosts were very nice. We really couldn't find anything to criticize about the cleanliness.
The absolute highlight is the phenomenal view from all corners of the property as well as from most rooms in the house.
We would love to come back – thank you very much!

Supersbeautiful
We were there for the second time - with adult children and partners - there is plenty of space and options for retreat. The mixed weather was not a problem. The view of the lake is already a vacation for the soul - the walk to the house from the village is great exercise! The amenities are excellent. Depending on the occasion, we would love to go back there again!!!

Villa with fantastic view, italian flair and quiet warehouse
We will come back again ! The indescribable view, the peace and quiet to relax and play with our children, even air conditioning in the living room have captivated us. Just 3 minutes walk down the hill, jump into the lake and go sailing with Heinz Stickl. After the villa was temporarily not rented out, we are very happy to come again in 2023. The apparently new road is not a problem for SUVs, and the absolutely quiet location in the olives is really good.

We have the house completely renovated in 2017, and will use it even in 3-4 weeks per year. We have 2 boys (14 and 17 years) who like swimming, sunbathing and surfing and jet skiing. Jogging on the lake is in both directions about 20km each possible.
