Villa with fantastic view, italian flair and quiet warehouse
We will come back again ! The indescribable view, the peace and quiet to relax and play with our children, even air conditioning in the living room have captivated us. Just 3 minutes walk down the hill, jump into the lake and go sailing with Heinz Stickl. After the villa was temporarily not rented out, we are very happy to come again in 2023. The apparently new road is not a problem for SUVs, and the absolutely quiet location in the olives is really good.

Beautiful villa with unforgettable view
The modern villa is situated picturesque on the steep slope of the eastern shore of Lake Garda. This provides a picturesque view over the lake throughout the entire stay. However, the height comes at a price: the Italian-designed steep slope with a 25-degree incline is not suitable for ordinary cars, scratched bumpers and smoking clutches can be the result. All-wheel drive is therefore highly recommended! The landlord is always easy to reach and ready to provide assistance. Everything is very well thought out and described. The furnishing of the villa is beautiful and modern, the beds, with the exception of the hopelessly sagging double bed in the apartment 'The Small,' are good. The cleanliness could have been better upon arrival, considering the €180 final cleaning fee was a bit steep, especially since the rent is not cheap. All in all, the generosity and chic of the villa, as well as the truly stunning view, make up for the points that still need improvement!

Danke für Ihre Bewertung. Den Steilhang haben wir ab 2020 durch eine neue Zufahrt "im Griff" bis zum UG läßt sich mit einem kleinen Mini fahren - Allrad wird aber empfohlen, am besten SUV (7er BMW, S-Klasse o.ä. müssen allerdings unten parken).
Das Doppelbett im "The Small" wurde 2020 ausgetauscht ! Auch das 2. Schlafzimmer im UG wurde durch ein vollwertiges Bett (180x200) erneuert.
Ja und Putzfrau haben wir inzwischen eine Neue, sorry dafür. Alles in allem sind dann wohl alle Punkte wieder 5 Sterne gerecht und der Ausblick bleibt selbstverständlich ...

Villa with great views and superb location.
The Villa Candoras is great, with extraordinary lake views (especially of Val di Sogno bay). We were up to 10 people in the house and are totally thrilled. The house was better than described on the web, the garden and the view are amazing. There are no compromises in the equipment, maybe a toaster would be good. The small room with the sofa bed upstairs got a bit warm in the afternoon, but the fan was enough; the room is fine for 2 kids. With the 2nd… We had no problems with access, the first one is a bit steep, but we didn't need to use it at all. The way to the sailing school is easily reachable by foot, and we had a lot of fun catamaran sailing. We will come back.

Beautifully dreamy ambiance
We spent wonderful autumn days in Malcesine and the house with its great view is beautifully situated on the hill overlooking Lake Garda. The facilities leave nothing to be desired, everything is modern and very clean. We often enjoyed long late summer nights outside on the terrace (which is also quiet, far away from the main road along the lake). The children, aged 13 and 15, also thought the house was cool and the water is not far either. There, they were able to enjoy a great sailing week at the sailing camp. We will definitely come back!

Great view, great house
Great location with a top view and really extremely quiet - the wind in the palm tree in the morning was delightful ;-)
For us, the pool was like the spotless Lake Garda, but you need some stamina to climb back up the short incline.
Very nicely decorated in a modern and new style. More than enough space for 10 people, even an 11th person could have slept on the sofa in the fireplace room. Due to the many possibilities to sit on different balconies / garden / terrace, we were able to retreat separately if needed.
Top-notch, highly recommended!

Absolutes Traumhaus
We felt extremely comfortable in this house.
The house has an absolutely dream location!
In Malcesine, in a bay on the slope with a dream view of Lake Garda, towards Tremosine with mountain villages.
The house is very tastefully decorated and offers plenty of space for 9-10 people.
Mr. Milsmann is a very kind landlord who takes care of everything!
The house may not have a pool, but that is absolutely not a problem as the lake can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes. From us, there are 5 stars with +++++++++++++++++.

Steep approach for a magnificent view
Great location above the lake with upscale amenities and plenty of space in a very quiet environment. Yet still close to Malcesine. We will come back.

Beautiful house!
The Malcesine Villa has far, far exceeded our expectations. The view is indescribable, the amenities perfect, and the beds exactly how beds should be.
You need all-wheel drive just for the front parking lot. But there is another one behind this house. Many thanks to the hosts!

We have the house completely renovated in 2017, and will use it even in 3-4 weeks per year. We have 2 boys (14 and 17 years) who like swimming, sunbathing and surfing and jet skiing. Jogging on the lake is in both directions about 20km each possible.
