Description
This traditional rustic two-storey house is situated in the countryside, just a 10 minute drive from the city of Inca which offers plenty of shopping areas and where you can find good factories and shops selling leather and shoes. On the other hand, it is 15 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach C'an Picafort.
The property consists of three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms has en suite bathroom and there are two more bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area leads to a very comfortable living room with Wifi, TV and DVD player.
From the kitchen there is also access to a large terrace with a beautiful view of orange groves, adjacent villages and even the Tramuntana mountain range. On the terrace you will find a practical stone barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious dishes, and you will be able to enjoy eating with wonderful views.
Next to the barbecue area and terraces, a saltwater pool and loungers for fun and enjoy the hot summer days with friends or family.
It is a perfect place to spend a good holiday.

Simply dreamlike
Hello,
Finca is situated a bit secluded on the outskirts of Muro with a great view to the high mountains in the north (from the terrace). Everything is clean and tidy. The pool not only looks good, it is also a delight to jump into the cool water. Around the finca, there are numerous fig, orange and lemon trees. Shopping facilities are within walking distance and the town centre is not far away.
The finca is well equipped, so you can cook for yourself. If you use the coffee machine, however, you should plan on at least 30 minutes of throughput time (one pot). There is a bedroom on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor. One of the upper floors has a bathroom directly attached. There is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom (toilet). The other bathroom is separate on the ground floor or outside on the terrace (shower/WC). We didn't spend much time in the living room, so I can't say anything about it. The WALN works and you also have reception on the terrace (I didn't test it down by the pool).
There were no problems with the key and so on and it worked wonderfully - very trustworthy.
So let's go there. :)
