Great house with everything you need to spend quality time with family and friends.
The propperty offers a living area of about 130 square meters and offer accommodation to six persons. The house has three bedrooms, the master bedroomwith a double bed, and the other two with two single beds, has two bathrooms one with shower and the pother with bathtub.
The living area has a nice size dinning table to accomodate all the family or a group of friends to enjoy nice meals, the kitchen has all the equipment you need to spend quality time with yours, also the house has air conditioning.
At the next building next to the house,you will find a nice covered bbq that offer a nice garden furniture to spend great bbq in family or friends.From here you have direct access to the large pool with comfortable sun beds. If you prefer the beach you are just 15 minuts drive from the local beach.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included.
- Pets: supplement € 50,00 per pet. Pet liability insurance is compulsory.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
