A charming finca with pool in the heart of the island

This pretty finca is located 4 kilometres outside the village of Sineu in the heart of the island. The house offers space for 5 people.

It has two comfortably furnished bedrooms. One with a double bed, another with bunk beds and sleeping accommodation for 3 persons and a bathroom. The bright and friendly furnished living and dining area invites you to linger. The outside area with the well-kept lawn and comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to relax. Not to forget the nice neighbourhood, the little donkey "Luis" who is always happy about nice visitors.

During the high season, there may be an increased amount of flying noise.

IMPORTANT:

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included.

- A refundable deposit is charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
