Description
On Ameland is our charming apartment "Auszeit". Look forward to the holiday with balcony and Wi-Fi equipment on 75sqm living space. Our "time out" has been completely renovated in autumn 2017 for you.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, living-dining room with kitchen, separate toilet, bathroom and balcony.
Our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. For the cozy, slightly cooler evenings, there is a bio-ethanol fireplace in the living room.
For the sunny days on the beach we have a picnic basket and 4 inflatable sofas for you, as well as an electric grill for a leisurely meal on the balcony.

Our apartment on Ameland is located in Buren. Today, the place enjoys great popularity with tourists because it is located close to the beach and the town of Nes. From here you can quickly reach the nature reserve "Het Oerd", which begins directly behind the apartment complex. Bicycle rental is also just a few hundred meters away. Also in Buren is the agricultural and beach museum "Swartwoude".
For nature lovers Ameland is a paradise. Because here the landscape offers a multitude of facets united on only one island. Forests, dunes, beaches, polders, salt marshes or tidal flats - all this can be found on Ameland. Here, the Wadden Island can be on foot, with the Fietse.
Even horse lovers come here at your expense! Guided beach rides with great Frisians are no problem here - or just bring your own horse ...

Cancellation terms:

In the event of such a withdrawal, the landlord will also claim compensation as follows: - Withdrawal up to 120 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price - Withdrawal up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price - Withdrawal from 60 days up to 22 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price - Withdrawal from 21 days up to 12 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price - Withdrawal from 11 days before the start of the rental period up to the day of arrival: 100% of the rental price The tenant is expressly permitted to provide proof that no damage has occurred or that the damage is significantly less than the lump sum. The landlord will also endeavor to rent the property to someone else. The tenant has the right to provide a substitute tenant who will take over the apartment in full. In this case, no cancellation fees will be charged.

With pets on Ameland
Ameland is ideal for a holiday with a dog. The long beach and the great forests invite to long walks with the four-legged friends. In our apartment on Ameland pets are welcome. For the four-legged friends should have a break on Ameland allowed to enjoy. In the renovation we have - even proud owner of a Bullmastiff bitch - therefore made sure to furnish the apartment dog owner justice. For example, our apartment has a low-maintenance parquet floor. Extensive rounds on the beach are thus relaxed even when returning to "time out". And of course there are also dog bowls in the apartment for the four-legged guests. After your departure we will make sure that the apartment is cleaned up for the next guests.
