Description
We have a detached house with 85 sqm living space on approx. 400 sqm lawn in a quiet location. Here the children can really let off steam. The house has a terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue and beach chair. The terrace is roofed and protected from the side, so that you can enjoy the good North Sea air even when the weather is shady.
In the house you have the large living-dining area with kitchen, dining area and seating area in the basement. The shower room with bedroom opposite. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms and a guest toilet.
In the basement, the cosily furnished living room forms the centre of the house. Here you can spend romantic evenings by the fireplace, or read a book with good music, or chat with nice people. In addition to the music system, there is also a flat-screen TV. In the modern, open and fully equipped kitchen with oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, sufficient crockery, cookware, cutlery, glasses etc., you will certainly find everything you need for cooking
At the seating area, which is right next to the kitchen, you can not only have your meals. It is also a great place for the whole family to play games. There is enough space for six people. Even small children can sit at the table in the high chair. The bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe. It is very suitable for those who have problems with stairs. The bathroom opposite is equipped with a toilet, washbasin, shower and a washing machine.
The stairs to the upper floor each have a fixed stair gate at the top and bottom. Here the little ones are well protected from accidents.
Upstairs you have the large bedroom with double bed and bedside tables. A chest of drawers and a flat-screen TV.
The second bedroom upstairs has two single beds, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a fixed cot. The guest toilet is equipped with a toilet and washbasin. In the hallway between the bedrooms are the built-in wardrobes. There is enough space for your wardrobe.
All windows in the house are equipped with fly screens and electrically operated external blinds.
Dogs are allowed in our house, but they have no business in the bedrooms.

Location and surroundings of object
Dorum Neufeld is located between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven, only 9 km from the motorway. The house is located in a holiday park in the Wurster Land, close to the beach and the sea, directly at the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Lower Saxony Wadden Sea. The emphasis here is on families having a relaxed holiday. The house is in a very quiet but central location. The private car parking space is right next to the house. The property is about 370 sqm large and leaves enough space for children to romp around. The terrace is roofed and protected against wind and rain. It is equipped with sufficient furniture, barbecue, sunbeds, parasol and beach chair.
It is about 500 m to the beach and harbour. On the way there are restaurants, ice cream parlour, bicycle rental, bakery and mini-golf course. There are several stalls at the harbour (Dorumer Tief). Here you can get fish sandwiches, chips, ice cream and, depending on the season, the right drinks.
Not far from the harbour is the children's playhouse and the WATT'N bath. Here children of all ages will find something to play with. From the crawling corner to the climbing wall and lots of play equipment, everything is available here. The pool has a giant slide, a paddling pool and a bubble bay with underwater loungers. The regular wave generation is a big hit with everyone. The indoor pool can also be reached through a tunnel from the bath.
There is a large playground with lots of equipment on the beach. Dog owners have their own section of the beach here
The Obereversand lighthouse is located in the spa gardens. It can be visited at almost any time of year. The spa park has several sun loungers where you can watch the sea or just relax for a while. You can test your fitness on the sports equipment. You can't do without a playground here either. The large pirate playground is popular with children.
A weekly or daily changing holiday programme for young and old ensures that there is never a dull moment.

I have rarely experienced that the photos and the description corresponded so well with reality.
Great and tastefully furnished, very well maintained, no wishes left unfulfilled.
Very friendly landlords, who called, asked if we needed anything else, if everything was ok, etc....
The expectations were exceeded.
Nothing where I would say: well, yes.
Dorum is also very dog-friendly.
This was certainly not the last time we stayed here!

Erholung an der Nordsee
Super Erholung in einem super Ferienhaus. Super Gegend, schöner Strand und wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielen will, macht man einfach den Kamin an ... schöner gehts kaum ;-)
