We have a detached house with 62 sqm living space on approx. 400 sqm lawn in a quiet location. The house has a large terrace (25 sqm) with table, chairs, loungers and a fixed barbecue fireplace. The terrace is roofed, so that you can enjoy the good North Sea air even when the weather is bad.
In the house you have a bathroom with a large washbasin, toilet and shower.
The fully equipped kitchen with oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, sufficient crockery, cookware, cutlery, glasses etc. is located adjacent to the living-dining room.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a large sofa set, 39" LCD TV, multimedia system (radio stations via satellite system) for playing sticks-audio DVDs-CDs RS-MP3-WMA CDs, telephone and Wifi (both free of charge) and a fireplace. A separate dining area with table, 4 chairs and high chair for children is at your disposal. Our gas central heating provides a pleasant room climate.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms. Large bedroom with bed (1.8 m x 2 m) and bedside tables as well as a fixed cot, second 32" TV and wardrobe space; small bedroom 2 beds (each 0.9 m x 2 m) with bedside tables and sideboard. There is enough cupboard space in the hallway between the bedrooms. All rooms in the house can be completely darkened with electric blinds and have flyscreens.
The storage room is accessible from the terrace.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in Dorum-Neufeld, in the middle of a holiday park in Cuxland. Dorum-Neufeld is located between the towns of Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven, on the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea nature reserve and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is only about 500 m to the dyke. At the cutter harbour behind it (fresh crabs can be bought here), there are stalls for small or large appetites and thirsts, for cosy hours. The new spa park with sports equipment, benches, sunbeds and a large playground is adjacent. The Obereversand lighthouse behind the park can be visited at almost any time of year. Children's entertainment is very important here. In addition to several smaller playgrounds in the holiday park, the large children's playhouse with supervision is located at the harbour. Children of all ages will find something to do on three floors. From the crawling corner to the climbing wall to the youth club, everything is available. The newly built wave swimming pool "WATT'N BAD", heated in the season, is also located here.
Nearby you will find restaurants, a grocery shop (with bread service in the morning), a bakery, bicycle rental and much more.
