If you love the peace and quiet and relaxation in the mountains, you've come to the right place. Our holiday apartment is in a newly renovated
House. The 120m² apartment is on the ground floor consisting of 2 bedrooms, a living room with tiled stove, a new fitted kitchen, large bathroom (shower and bath) toilet and storage room. A large sun terrace and garden. Free parking at the house.
Carport space can be rented for an extra charge. The apartment is for rent all year round, it is equipped with central heating

In 10 minutes by car you are at the motorway exit Lendorf from where you can start your excursions. Klagenfurt, Wörthersee,
Villach, Slovenia, Italy, the beautiful Millstättersee, the Weissensee, the Großglockner and many other excursion destinations are in our
Vicinity. From the apartment you can also make beautiful walks also cycling is possible.
You can reach a supermarket in 10 minutes by car and an inn in 5 minutes by car.

Super starting point
Spacious and well-equipped holiday apartment with a beautiful view terrace. Ms. Zauchner is a very attentive and friendly hostess. Great starting point, as various mountain ranges are accessible within a short drive. However, since the apartment is located on a ridge, a car is absolutely necessary, as there is no public transportation available.

Everything is perfect - a place to feel good.
This year, we spent a few days in Carinthia on our trip to Croatia. And the holiday apartment on Hühnersberg contributed to us feeling comfortable from the very beginning. A welcome gift with treats, a cozy sparkling clean apartment, a terrace with a breathtaking view, and a hospitable landlord couple – it couldn't be better. We are happy to recommend your apartment and perhaps we will stop by again someday and gladly accept the invitation for coffee, which we didn't manage to do this time on our return journey.

Beautiful vacation apartment with great views and very nice hosts.
The apartment of the Zauchner family is truly a dream. There is nothing missing. We were guests in Austria for the 2nd time now and again we go home with a smile. The apartment is very large and spacious. There was a cake and other attentions as a welcome gift. You can see the attention to detail in this holiday apartment. The Zauchner family had good excursion tips and were always there for any offer of help. The region offers many opportunities for tobogganing, hiking, skiing. Direct connection to the motorway, etc. For us, a perfect and very relaxing holiday. 100% recommendation.

A dreamy apartment with super nice landlords!!
We had the apartment for 1o days and just wanted to relax.
The apartment is top-notch. A dreamy kitchen and a large terrace with a great view.
Shopping facilities are quickly reachable (Lidl, Hofer, Spar, ADEG).
There are many excursion possibilities.
But the best thing was the great hospitality of the Zauchner family.
Upon arrival, there was already a small gift in the kitchen that made us very happy after the long drive.
But even otherwise, the Zauchner family was very, very nice.
We were sad that we had to start the journey home after only 10 days.

Really an oasis.
We were guests at Mrs. Zauchner's for 2 weeks. We enjoyed our stay very much. The holiday apartment has a top-equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The entire apartment is fantastically equipped and invites you to linger both on the spacious terrace and inside. Destinations for excursions and shopping possibilities can be reached by car in 10-20 minutes. Mrs. Zauchner is very hospitable and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Fantastic accommodation!
We stayed in the house during the May vacation and enjoyed it tremendously. It is a very nice spacious apartment, equipped with all conveniences. The house was neatly clean. In addition, virtually everything you can think of that you would need was present. We certainly didn't miss anything. And the terrace is truly amazing. Apart from the beautiful view, it was lovely to have a cup of coffee there in the early morning sun. And whether it rains or is dry, you can always sit there under the glass canopy. We will definitely come back!

Spacious holiday home flat at a fair price
Having been there for the first time in summer 2019, we booked again for summer 2020 and - Corona permitting - will be there again in 2021. We think that says it all ? As we love to barbecue, we would only be very happy about a "better/bigger" barbecue ? The rest in and around the house leaves hardly anything to be desired and the 120 sqm offer perfect space for 4 adults and 2 small children. With this in mind, see you next time ??♂️

wonderful days in Carinthia
We (2 adults, 2 teenagers) spent 18 wonderful days in the holiday flat for the second time and felt completely cared for. The location is central in Carinthia and ideal for trips by car. Hiking, sightseeing, swimming in the lake - everything is possible after a short drive! The landlady, who gave us her name, was unobtrusive and especially friendly and always ready to answer questions and surprised us with little treats. The flat is equipped with all the necessary comforts and if something was missing, the landlady helped immediately! We will definitely be back!

Holiday in the snow with a dog.
Quiet and relaxing holiday, great support from the landlords. The equipment would certainly be 5 stars with a second toilet. We can imagine coming back in the summer.

Dreamlike
How often have we travellers wished for one of these moments! Discovering these little gems that hardly anyone has noticed. This little secluded bay whose gentle swell belongs only to our eyes. The hidden, romantic restaurant whose original cuisine is not yet to be found in any travel guide. Or: A holiday flat whose location, furnishings and care by the owners would be unaffordable in other regions...and thus reserved only for those who transfer the monthly salary to us!
Breathtaking view from a spacious terrace. Enchanting bedrooms whose beds we have so far refused to buy, because they blow up many a salary. A stylish kitchen that leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. A living area that can be heated in winter despite its modernity with a beautiful tiled stove, if you do not like central heating.
In every detail of this flat you can see the love for the guest.Every piece of furniture looks as if it has just been purchased.Besides, the carport alone (of course, the vehicle is also well protected) meets the demands of those who we probably generally call "big-headed people". But no! The innkeepers have taken up the cause... Well-being is not a privilege of the rich!
The warmth and unobtrusive helpfulness, especially of the hostess, can hardly be described.
This tip is intended to reach those who appreciate this gem. Father and son stayed here spontaneously and definitely for far too short a time...and will certainly be repeat offenders! Many thanks....to the Zauchner family !
