The apartment, AP. "6", the villa SKY, has a floor space of ² and is suitable for 6 persons. This beautiful apartment with stunning sea views extends over two floors (2nd floor + 3rd floor) and is located in the front part of the building. It is very tastefully decorated and air conditioned. It is divided as follows: on the lower floor of the apartment is a large living area consisting of living room and dining room, fitted kitchen and covered terrace (about 10m ², sea view), a bedroom with double bed and a shower room. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two more bedrooms with double beds and their own shower battens. From the two bedrooms you have direct access to the roof terrace (about 40m ²), from where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of Rovinj's old town and the sea.
Wireless internet, safe, flat screen TV and satellite antenna are available.
Cot, high chair and bath are on request.
In front of the building a parking space is provided for each of the apartments.

Directions to the apartments of Villa SKY / Rovinj:
Drive towards Pula and then take the Rovinj / Kanfanar exit. At the end of the road, after the tollbooth, turn left towards Rovinj and continue for about 15km until you reach a large (3rd) roundabout (in the middle is an olive tree), where you turn right towards Amarin. On the right side you will pass a car camp called Porton Biondi; after this car camp, turn left at the first intersection and head towards Amarin again. After a small supermarket on the left side of the street, take the first left onto Miroslav Krleza; the third street on the right is the Monpeloso, where Villa SKY is located at number 5.
