House in bright, modern island architecture, completed in 2017. 105 sqm living space on 2 floors. The 2300 sqm plot is built on with 2 similar houses 25 m apart. Basically designed for 4 persons; extra bed for a 5th guest possible in the living area. Old tree population. The living/dining level extends with an air space over 11m total length of the house. Built-in corner fireplace. Upscale furnishings. Sauna, rain shower, bidet, 2 WCs. Fitted kitchen with kitchen block, fully automatic coffee machine, induction cooker, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with ice compartment, high-performance cooker hood. SAT-TV, CD/DVD player, radio, regional literature, novels, board games, DVDs, CDs. 2 separate bedrooms upstairs, one with 2 single beds (0,90x2m each) and a designer couch (0,77x2m), the other with double bed (1,80x2m, separate mattresses). Oil paintings. Sun terrace with table, 5 chairs, 2 loungers, barbecue, fire bowl. Car parking space on the property. wifi via the connection of the other house by repeater.

Perfect holidays
A perfectly furnished holiday home, where the four of us felt very comfortable. We didn't miss anything.
The location is great for a daily walk, trips to the surrounding area or a walk to the beach.
You don't notice much from the neighbors and the tourists. Shopping opportunities are available in Altenkirchen.

Tastefully furnished holiday home with a beautiful large glass front overlooking the garden, which makes the house bright and inviting even on rainy days.
The location is perfect for walks to Cape Arkona and the village of Vitt. Everything is easily accessible.
However, it is noticeable that the owners are seldom present and the handover and cleaning are carried out by an external company. Although the kitchen is well equipped, when cooking, it quickly becomes clear that some small items are missing (we lacked a cutting board and ladle). The grill in the shed was a very wobbly construction and needs to be replaced in my opinion. The lower handrail in the staircase was no longer securely screwed and was quite wobbly. We didn't need it, but for older guests or guests with small children, this could possibly be a problem.
All in all, a beautiful house but in some places, it is clear that the owner's attention is missing.
