Description
This semi-detached house (about 120 m²) is located in the holiday park De Banjaard directly on the North Sea in the region of Noord Beveland.
The house is privately owned and attractively furnished. Please note that smoking is prohibited in this house! The rental is not made to youth groups.
Currently the house is being modernized and renovated. The furniture in the pictures is partially replaced. The house is rented from
GROUND FLOOR:
well-equipped, open kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge and separate freezer, stove with ceramic hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and other extras.
Plenty of crockery and cutlery are available.
Living room with large dining table, sitting area, color TV. Stereo system.
1 bedroom with double bed
Bathroom with sink and tub (shower facility)
Guest toilet.
Guests have wireless Internet access at their disposal free of charge.

The holiday park is located directly behind the dike of the North Sea, near the Oosterschelde and close to the Veerse Meer, ideal for water sports (diving, surfing, sailing).
In the park center there is: a family restaurant with bar, a snack bar, supermarket, laundromat, indoor heated swimming pool (extra, limited opening hours), kl. Games room, bike rental, several playgrounds, mini golf. There are also tennis courts (extra) and a dialysis center (registration required). During the holidays there is a small entertainment program for children and adults.
Hints:
The resort has Internet access via W-LAN. Due to capacity limitations and possible technical disruptions, availability may be restricted so that unlimited access to the Internet at any time can not be guaranteed.

Wonderful for relaxation
It is a very nice house, very well equipped, well maintained, quiet and beautifully located for the beach or bike rides. Nothing is missing. The landlords can be reached at any time, are helpful and extremely friendly. We would love to come back. Warm greetings Michaela & Andreas

Sehr erholsame Ferienunterkunft
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit sehr schoenen und praktischen Schlafzimmern, Kueche, und Wohnzimmer. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt dank der schoenen Umgebung (und Glueck mit dem Wetter). Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war auch sehr gut. Das Essen vom Restaurant im Park ist jedoch nicht zu empfehlen!

Perfect beach vacation
Really nice modern vacation home next to beautiful seaside. 4 bedrooms and large living/kitchen area. 7 minutes beach walk distance is huge plus. Looking forward to come back again.

Für uns perfekt
Wir, Großeltern, Kinder, 3 Enkel (7,10,13), haben hier, nach mehreren vorherigen guten Unterkünften, das perfekte Haus für uns gefunden. In den großzügigen, gepflegten, liebevoll und umsichtig gestalteten Räumen mit großem Wohnraum und Garten konnten wir entspannt zusammen kochen, essen, spielen, reden. Jeder konnte sich aber auch mal zurückziehen. Die Sauna haben besonders Opa und Enkel genossen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der kurze Weg zum Meer und die geringe Hellhörigkeit des Hauses.
Der Ferienpark de Banjaard war überraschend gut gepflegt, in der ersten Herbstferienzeit eher leer (wir hatten ein wenig Bedenken wegen Corona). Wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Einkaufen des Wichtigsten war vor dem Frühstück auch ideal.
Wegen Corona haben wir uns mit Ausflügen zurückgehalten, man könnte aber die Tage gut füllen.

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage mit kompletter Ausstattung
Dieses Haus hat alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge sehr gut und auch der Strandabschnitt direkt hinter dem Park ist sehr gepflegt. Besonders die Ausstattung der Küche lässt in Qualität und Quantität nichts vermissen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Lieblingsplatz
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche kann man prima für 8 Leute kochen.
Die Sauna ist an einem regnerischen Herbsttag ein Traum.
Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 4min zu Fuß. Das Haus hat also eine Toplage.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist super. Ein vergessener Schal konnte problemlos wiederbekommen werden.
Vielen Dank dafür.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
