The fully air-conditioned 122 m² penthouse is located on the last floor of the resort and spans the entire building. It is the perfect choice for families and couples who value privacy and comfort. The surrounding terrace guarantees a breathtaking view of the sea and gives the impression of floating above things. The interior has been designed by the yacht interior designers to create a sense of wellbeing through a play of light, charming shop furniture and funky pictures. The living room has a designer living landscape of Ladenstein with a full-fledged and integrated box spring bed, which can be folded back into the closet system during the day with a handle without dislocation of furnishings or putting away bedding and can be used as a couch. Due to this high functionality, the entire surface of the living room is at your disposal. The spacious living room is complemented by 2 separate bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a luxurious Dan kitchen. The three luxury bathrooms leave nothing to be desired and give the word bath a new meaning.

The luxury bedroom in the penthouse includes a large stylish wardrobe which reflects the colors of the box spring bed. Above all, the breathtaking view from the bedroom, makes every morning a highlight and invites you to a "finite Arrived" feeling. In addition, the boxspring beds in each bedroom takes you into a wonderful dream world and gives the word "sleeping" a new meaning.

If you have had enough of a beach holiday, then you can make trips to the Zrmanja River (Winnetou location), a 4x4 drive in the National Park Paklenica or a boat trip to round off your holiday. In addition, adventure seekers in Maslenica will get their money, on the one hand with a bungee jump jump from the famous Maslenica bridge, on the other hand with a jet ski trip from the nearby boat rental.
For night owls we recommend the nearby harbor town of Zadar with the legendary clubs Ledana and Maraschino.
