Description

The holiday home is lovingly and fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. Plenty of crockery, oven, extractor bonnet, refrigerator, dishwasher and waste bin are part of the inventory. The kitchen is open to the dining area in the bay window of the house. The dining table seats 4 people, large or small, and there is also a high chair for the very young guests. The living room is openly connected to the dining area and has a large sitting area and a relax chair. Pictures and curtains complete the cosy impression of this floor

A small selection of board games and books is also available, a large TV set and a stereo system are also part of the equipment.

From the living room you can step through the large windows - floor to ceiling - onto the terrace and use the garden furniture in the sunshine when the weather is nice. A garden shed and a storage room are available for storing bicycles

There is a socket in the garden house where you can charge any electric bicycles you may have brought with you.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, wall heater and washing machine.

Location and surroundings of object

Location Location This part of Greetsiel is one of the most beautiful in the resort

The holiday home is situated in Greetsiel, almost at the end of a dead-end street. No through traffic, quiet and very pleasant location. There are mainly small holiday homes in this part of the settlement, few houses are permanently inhabited. You come to the dyke after a few metres, on which you can walk to Greetsiel harbour in about 15 minutes. Behind the dyke is the canal on which the crab fishermen travel to the North Sea lock in Leybuchtpolder. Directly from the house you can also walk on this dyke to the Pilsen lighthouse (Otto tower) - approx. 5 km - or from there even further over the dyke to the sea lock. The house is also an ideal starting point for long or short bike rides.

The house is maintained throughout and looked after on site by our help. The overall impression can be described as very good, the outdoor facilities are regularly inspected and cleaned or painted if necessary. The lawn is regularly cut.

additional information about rental price:

The daily rates are valid for an occupancy of 2 persons. For each additional person, € 3 per day will be added to the energy costs. The house is designed for the use of a maximum of 4 persons, an infant, who can sleep in the children's travel bed, is additionally possible.

Visitor's tax will be collected and paid by the housekeeper upon arrival

If a 7-day period is not used in full, a surcharge of € 10 will be levied for each day that is less than this minimum period. ( stay only 4 days, then 3 x 10 € surcharge ), because the house care costs are included in the daily prices ( calculated for 7 days )

Cancellation terms:

Staggered according to the time distance from the originally booked period. No cancellation fees in case of possible re-letting.

Attention new: if a booked period cannot be booked due to accommodation bans (state / federal), you can withdraw from the contract free of charge or switch to another free period.

A basic price of 62 € is stated in the price table. This is only shown for the plausibility of the booking programme. The individual seasonal prices, which are broken down in detail according to low, medium and high season, are decisive. Over Christmas and New Year's Eve, the mid-season price is applied.
The daily prices include all additional costs, incl. VAT. if the holiday home is rented for 7 days. If the rental period is less than 7 days, only 4 or 3 days, then a surcharge for the additional costs must be paid in addition to the daily rental price. The fees for the visitor's tax must also be paid on site; these are collected by our house management and paid to Touristik Krummhörn.

Two bicycles are available in the house and can be used free of charge, but without any guarantees from the landlord.

Hoover and iron available.

Children's travel cot for very small guests can be used free of charge.

In the high season the minimum rental period is 7 days, arrival and departure on Saturday. In the middle and low season, other arrangements are possible by arrangement.

Bed linen can be rented from the housekeeping.

WLAN connection is available and can be used free of charge.

In November 2022 and February 2023 we have a special price arrangement, you stay 7 days for an all-inclusive price of € 250, arrival and departure on a Saturday.

We have deliberately not enabled the rating option to eliminate irritation. A rating is always subjective, what is positive or negative for one guest does not necessarily apply to another guest.

The house corresponds at least to the 4-star standard, since renting in 2006 we have not received a single complaint.

We, Mr. and Mrs. Koslowski, have been renting out the house since we bought it in 2006. Since we also spend our holidays in the house ourselves, we make sure that it is regularly renovated and maintained, because not only we ourselves, but also our guests should feel at home here. Therefore, we can count many regular guests among our clientele, who like to come to us again and again. The house as a whole makes an extraordinarily good impression because the outdoor facilities are also subject to regular maintenance.
