Description
You are visiting a holiday flat over two floors with a large garden (2000 sqm) and direct lake access.
The flat is furnished with everything necessary and more for a pleasant stay.
You have your own parking space next to their separate entrance. On the lake side is their terrace with barbecue, sun loungers, jetty, StandUp paddling boards and rowing boat. The house, garden and lake convey a southern feel, and all this on the outskirts of Berlin.

Location and surroundings of object
Woltersdorf is located in the green surroundings of Berlin. We benefit from the proximity to the city for sightseeing, culture, concerts and shopping. It takes 40 minutes to get to the city centre (Alexanderplatz) by car or S-Bahn. We have good connections (Stadtring or train) to the Berlin airports.
Once you have arrived, you have your terrace and garden directly at the "Kalksee" with all its holiday possibilities.

An all-round feel-good package
The 4 of us from Görlitz were thrilled from the start by the beautiful property, the house and also by the friendliness of the landlords. The 4 of us have been going on holiday together for over 30 years, but we found that this one with its entire ambience was the most beautiful. We had a wonderful rest and can only warmly recommend this holiday home with all the trimmings. We also had almost 14 days of great weather and enjoyed a swim in the very clean Kalksee. If you are looking for peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings, this is the place for you. Many thanks and greetings again to Dirk and Anja, who could always be approached. Oh, not to forget the cuddly cat, that was the famous I-point.

perfekter Familienurlaub mit Glücksfaktor 10
Sobald man etwas Besonderes entdeckt (hat), müsste man es eigentlich geheimhalten und vor allzu viel Aufmerksamkeit bewahren. Andererseits wäre es unfair und ziemlich eigennützig, echte Glücksmomente, die man selbst im Überfluss genießen durfte, anderen zu verschweigen und partout nicht zu gönnen. Deshalb pfeifen wir einfach auf dieses Prinzip und geben – nach einem perfekten Ferienaufenthalt zu sechst im Traumhaus am Kalksee – hierfür die einzig verdiente Empfehlung ab: Was künftige, wie wir nach Urlaubsglück strebende Gäste dort erwartet, ist nämlich nichts anderes als ein paradiesischer Sehnsuchtsort und zugleich idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Berlin und „dit janze Drumherum“.
Wobei es schon besonders reizvolle Veranlassungen braucht, um sich vom gemütlichen Domizil, seinem üppigen Garten und dem puren Wasservergnügen am hauseigenen Bootssteg überhaupt weglocken zu lassen, anstatt die ganze Zeit nur hier zu verbringen. Gründe und Ziele in der Umgebung gibt es zur Genüge, aber selbst wenn man keine hat oder findet, wird einem die Urlaubszeit im und um das Haus am See in Woltersdorf niemals lang.
Von mehrfach täglichen Erfrischungsbädern im See, dem morgendlichen Brunch und abendlichen Dinner im Schatten der mediterranen Loggia über Boots- und Paddlingtouren, Gartenolympiaden und Lagerfeuerabende bis hin zur nachbarschaftlichen Dance-Party am See - wir haben alles genutzt und nichts ausgelassen, was uns in diesem Idyll von den überaus sympathischen Gastgebern J&D geboten wurde. Im Mix mit unseren prall gefüllten Tagestrips nach Berlin und JWD sind die 14 Tage unseres Aufenthaltes am Woltersdorfer Kalksee wie im Flug vergangen und auf jeden Fall eine Wiederkehr & Wiederholung wert.
Vielen Dank für diesen fantastischen Familienurlaub im August 2019!

Zum zweiten Mal - alles Prima!
In diesem Sommer waren wir zum zweiten Mal im "Haus am See" in Woltersdorf (zum ersten Mal im Sommer 2018). Weil es uns 2018 so gefallen hat, haben wir gleichmal unsere Freunde (gemeinsam ihrer Tochter) mitgenommen.
Im Haus ist alles so, wie es auf der Seite beschrieben ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und macht es so Selbstversorgern einfach.
Wenn man es ruhig mag, ist es ideal. Das große, sehr gepflegte Grundstück mit dem Zugang zum Wasser lädt zu vielfältigen Aktivitäten ein.
Falls man Lust auf Berlin hat, erreicht man den S-Bahnhof Erkner in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto, aber auch mit dem Bus.
Unsere Gastgeber hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und Wünsche und ermöglichten uns so einen entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt.
