Great stay

We had a wonderful stay in this charming holiday home by the North Sea! The location is perfect - quiet and just a few steps from the beach. The house is lovingly furnished, very clean, and well-equipped, so nothing was missing. We especially enjoyed the cozy garden, which was ideal for relaxing and grilling. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful vacation home

Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location. Still centrally located. Shops, public transport, and beach within walking distance.
The house with garden matches exactly the description and the photos. It is equipped with everything necessary for a lovely vacation.
The contact with the landlord is quick, straightforward, and very friendly. Likewise with the on-site property manager.

The house and the garden are very beautiful.

We have already been to this house 3 times, also with the previous owner, as well as in the neighboring house. It's just a pity that there is no life in Tossens itself anymore; everything in the park is being built up to the sidewalks. The beautiful old houses are being demolished and replaced with holiday apartments, which is a shame. Guests from the neighboring houses can look into the garden of the house or into the bedroom on the upper floor. What a pity!

A great holiday at the Seagull's Nest

We spent two very relaxed weeks at Möwennest and even our dog felt really comfortable in the house - with a comfortable dog sofa and dog pillow - and in the completely fenced, secluded garden. The holiday home is lovingly decorated with many North Sea typical details. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need on vacation, there is really nothing missing. Electric shutters in front of the windows and heavenly peace ensured a restful sleep in very comfortable beds. We were very lucky with the weather and could spend a lot of time on the terrace and in the beautifully landscaped garden. It's only a few minutes' walk to the Friesenstrand beach, and many restaurants with outdoor seating are within walking distance. Excursions to nearby places like Fedderwardersiel, Eckwarderhörne, or taking the ferry to Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven are also highly recommended. Another big plus: The very nice landlords were always available by phone for any questions.

A beautiful vacation at the North Sea

We had a great time.
We lacked nothing. Lovingly furnished holiday home, quiet location (there is a construction site next door, but no noise pollution, etc.)
A few minutes to the water.
All rooms with external blinds, for a peaceful sleep, especially for late risers. Comfortable beds and great bedding.
We didn't miss anything in the kitchen, whether a vegetable peeler or a hand mixer, everything is available.
Cozy living room with an electric fireplace for nice evenings. Thought of all visitors, whether it's the travel cot for the toddler or toys, bowl, and bed for the furry family member, are on site.
Overall successful vacation, thank you.

The holiday home is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very lovingly decorated, we really liked that, you immediately feel at home.
We can really recommend the Möwennest-20...the contact with the landlords is great...thank you for that and the caretaker is quickly available by phone and also on site, if needed...
Otherwise, I can only say, it was a few nice days there...and certainly not the last ones we spent there...
We will book it again directly for next year!

Highly recommended!

A really beautiful and large holiday home. We didn't miss anything. Everything is really there. There are also many options for the kids to keep busy when you're not out and about.
For the four-legged friends there are bowls, toys and even a dog bed.
We rarely had such a well-equipped vacation home as accommodation.
The sea, bakery, grocery store and various places (restaurants) are easily within walking distance.
We will definitely come back!!!

Summer vacation 2023

Well furnished holiday home with enough space for a family with children and dogs.
The outdoor area is large and there is the possibility to barbecue, and since it is completely fenced in, children and dogs are safe and can move freely.
The nightly peace is very relaxing and you can sleep undisturbed.
The kitchen is well equipped. The house also has free Wi-Fi.
We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Very nice holiday home

We stayed for one week in the holiday house as a family with 2 children, a dog, and grandparents, and felt very comfortable. The house is lovingly furnished, the children felt very comfortable in the children's room, and there was even toys to play with and a Bobbycar and balance bike for the garden and outside. They were very excited. Everyone had space and even for our four-legged friend, there was an extra dog sofa to rest on. We will book again next year and can recommend this holiday house 100%. The contact with the Winterbauer family was great and they were always helpful when we had questions. It's only a few minutes walk to the Friesenstrand and restaurants and a bakery are also nearby and within walking distance.

Rating Mövennest in Tossens

We will definitely visit the seagull's nest again. The house is beautifully furnished and nothing is missing. Child-friendly and dog-friendly. Fenced garden with toys for children. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, everything is available that you need. The sea is very close and can be reached on foot, a supermarket is also not far from the accommodation. Feel at home.

The Mövennest-20 is a very special holiday home. Upon arrival, one feels at home and would love to stay in the Mövennest-20 for longer. We already spent our second holiday in this wonderful accommodation. It is located on the edge of the Centerparcs site and is cozy, high-quality and stylishly furnished. From Bremen airport it takes just under 1 1/4 hours to get to the Mövennest-20. There are many interesting and diverse excursion destinations and sights that can be reached within an hour's drive. In the immediate vicinity there are, for example, bakeries, a supermarket, various restaurants, an ice cream parlor, bicycle rentals, a multifunctional sports field, the tropical swimming pool 'Aqua Mundo', the North Sea golf course and the Friesenstrand with a beautiful large playground within walking distance.
The car can be parked in front of the garage and there is also space for a second car behind it. Bicycles & Co can be stored in the lockable garden. The equipment of the kitchen, living room & Co is excellent. The living room can be darkened with electric shutters. In front of the front door there is a separate residual waste and paper bin. For plastic waste, "yellow bags" are available in the kitchen, which could also be stored next to the waste containers.
The owners are very nice, reliable and easily accessible. The local contact persons or the manager are available by phone, come if necessary (punctually) and work very customer-oriented to our complete satisfaction.
The large garden with a lot of green space and the terrace with a great seating area, barbecue, deck chairs and the beach chair are also particularly noteworthy. To the delight of my family, the existing Wi-Fi works perfectly. For "bookworms", interesting books are available in the living room.
In short, it was a completely successful holiday and we will remember it fondly. Thank you very much, dear Winterbauer family!

The flat is very nice and cosy, the location is great, you can reach everything easily on foot and the contact with the landlord and manager was very friendly as always and worked out very well. A great holiday home

We had a super nice time in this holiday home. Everything is super clean and beautifully furnished. It is only a few metres to the Frisian beach. We were there with our dogs and there were no problems. The landlords are just great and always available for problems.

Fantastic holiday home ?

We stayed here at Möwennest 20 for a week with two adults and a child, as well as our dog
It is a very nice, spacious holiday home, where really nothing is missing.
Everything has been furnished, decorated and stocked with love.

The enclosed garden is ideal for dogs and children, for playing and romping, but also for relaxing

For children / toddlers there is a travel cot, a high chair, children's cutlery,... are ready. In the children's room there are even toys in the drawers and also in the living room you will find board games, for the whole family

For the dog, there is a super cute dog sofa and bowls are also on site

The bakery, restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance and the dyke is only a few minutes away.

A great folder and flyers of places to go and restaurants are also provided and were very helpful.

The contact with the Winterbauer family was great! They always had an open ear and answered all questions quickly and very friendly

Wonderful accommodation

The really beautiful house is clean and very well equipped. The driveway with parking space for the car is also an advantage

The landlords are very friendly and always have an open ear

The central but quiet location meant that you were at the beach and the supermarket in no time at all, but you could also get to the next towns quickly and easily by bus

Especially families with small children would feel comfortable here, as the special needs of families with children have been taken into account. You will find all kinds of toys and a cot. There were also bowls in different sizes and a dog sofa ready for the dog

The entire peninsula offers a number of excursion destinations. There is also a clear folder with suggestions on site.

Personally, I can only recommend Möwennest 20!

Beautiful vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is fully equipped. We could let the children and the dog jump around in the garden and as parents, we also had relaxing days.
For the children, there was a lot of toys in the children's room and also in the living room.
The fireplace grill was also often in use.
Many thanks to the landlord, who was almost always available.

Beautiful and relaxing days at Möwennest-20

We had a really great 5 days in Möwennest-20.
In the house there is everything for humans and animals, even for our little son we didn't need to take anything with us.... Toys, cot, high chair were indoors - sandpit, sand toys and vehicles like bobby car or running bike were outdoors. Our son had a lot of fun "at home" and we had an almost empty car :)
The location of the house is great and everything is available on the road to the dike, delicious restaurants, the Aqua Mundo Park where you can spend a lot of time in bad weather and much more
Before and during our stay, we had very nice contact with the Winterbauer family and were able to ask questions or clarify anything in advance in an uncomplicated way.
It was really a completely relaxed time for us, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back again :)

The most beautiful holiday home we ever had.

By chance, we came across "Möwennest 20" in Tossens. The booking, arrival, and return of the house went smoothly. We always felt well taken care of by the landlords and the administrators, and the house exceeded all our expectations. It is a house decorated with a lot of love that feels like a "home." The location is great, right in the middle of Center Parcs Nordseeküste, with a beautiful secluded garden (lockable) including a lovely terrace, barbecue, loungers, great seating area, etc. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a lovingly designed dining area, and a beautiful living room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine. In the upper floor, there was another bedroom - very beautifully decorated and with a skylight right above the bed. Very, very nice. It should also be highlighted that there is a great "private driveway" at the house where two cars can park one behind the other without any problems. In addition, there were public parking spaces available. Garbage bins (for general waste and paper) were also directly available at the house. Even the little guests were taken care of - we found a wagon, a small sandbox, high chairs, beautiful toys, and even a stair gate. To the delight of the young ones, the available Wi-Fi was excellent. It was about a 10-minute walk to the North Sea beach, and with the tourist card, one could ride the "Strandläufer" bus line for free and also check into the "AquaMundo" at Center Parcs at a discount.
"Möwennest 20" is ideal for spending a vacation (with family) on the coast.

Our days at Seagull's Nest 20.

We arrived with three small dogs. 2 Chihuahuas, 1 Shih Tzu.
It was a few wonderful days in this lovely accommodation. Everything had its place, what was needed was available. The garden was completely secured so that the dogs could also be let outside without fear that they would run away. I think Möwennest 20 is also great for families with children. A small sandbox in the garden speaks for it.
I can really recommend this Möwennest. Contact with the landlords is great. Thank you, Winterbauer family. The property managers are also easy to reach by phone and on-site if needed. Otherwise, I can only say that we had a few nice days there and they certainly won't be the last we spent there.

We have to be honest, this holiday home is the best one we have had in Tossens (in 10 years). We are a family with 4 children and everything just fits perfectly for us! We will book it again directly for next year!

We had a wonderful holiday in a really great house. The house is tastefully furnished and has everything you need
We have read in various reviews about the "smoky", yes, it smelled a bit like smoke, which cannot be avoided in a smoker's house. Which supposedly didn't help with other guests, we aired it out once and it was good!
We smoke too, but only outside, but we chose the house and I think it is stated in the description, then I have to adjust to it
We liked the location very much and the price-performance ratio was perfect!
The house is right next to the Center Parcs houses, so right in the heart!
We were very satisfied and had very friendly contact with the landlords, the Gabriel family and the manager, Mr Kirchner
Everything was absolutely uncomplicated and perfect!
We would recommend you to others and will certainly book again.
