Our quietly located, lovingly furnished holiday home for 4 people is situated directly on the North Sea between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven in the CUXLAND FERIENPARK DORUM.
On 68 sqm spread over two levels, comfort and well-being are a top priority. In the basement there is:
• Large living and dining area
• LED TV and DVD player
• Bathroom (new in 2016) with walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, and washing machine
• Fully equipped fitted kitchen (new in 2017) with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher
• Gas central heating, additionally a cozy wood-burning stove
• Quietly located terrace with garden furniture
Upstairs there is:
• Bedroom (children's room) with two single beds and CD player
• Bedroom with a double bed, cot with changing table, and additional TV
• Both bedrooms have roof window shutters

• Hallway with large built-in wardrobe and storage space
In the garden there are nice seating areas and a charcoal grill for barbecue evenings. Your car parking space is located near the house.
In our holiday home, high-speed DSL (up to 50 Mbit/s fiber optic technology) and Wi-Fi are available to you free of charge.

We would be delighted to welcome you as guests in our holiday home. Dorum-Neufeld is located between the two seaside towns of Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven, directly behind the dyke. There you will find the newly built indoor and outdoor swimming pool "WATT'N BAD", the children's playhouse, the National Park Museum, the lighthouse "Obereversand", the cutter harbour and the pirate playground. Bremerhaven (approx. 25 km away): Emigration House, Climate House, German Maritime Museum, Zoo by the Sea, "Wilhelm Bauer" Submarine Museum, "Schaufenster" fishing port. Cuxhaven (approx. 25 km away): Sandy beaches in Duhnen and Sahlenburg, "Alte Liebe", boat trip to the seal banks, mudflat car trip to the island of Neuwerk, deep-sea trip to Helgoland, "Windstärke 10" museum. Nordholz (approx. 20 km away): Aeronautikum.
