The holiday home Meyer - Westertill 25, is located in the well-kept park of the Cuxland Ferienpark Dorum-Neufeld. It is very modern and lovingly furnished and offers space for four people plus an extra bed for a toddler up to 2 years.
Description of the holiday home Westertill 25 in the Cuxland holiday park Dorum Neufeld, holiday home type 'beachcomber':
- 63 sqm living area, ideal for up to 4 people plus a toddler
- bright, large living area on the ground floor with integrated kitchen
- Shower room and WC on the ground floor
- 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed, 2 single beds)

The kitchen is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen with 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with 3-star freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, sufficient crockery, pots, cutlery, etc.
A flat-screen TV (incl. Sky Disney Channel as well as Sky Cinema and Sky Bundesliga) with Blu-ray player, telephone and fibre-optic WLAN internet access are available free of charge.
In addition, there is another flat screen TV with DVD player in the 2nd bedroom.
Of course, a children's high chair is also available.
For the cold season, a beautiful and efficient fireplace is installed. You can conveniently purchase the required firewood on site in the reception building of the Cuxland Ferienpark as well as in the nearby shopping market.
The holiday home's other equipment also includes a garden table with 6 chairs, parasol, sun loungers and a portable charcoal barbecue. The covered sun terrace allows pleasant sitting or lying in the well-kept area of the property.

The beach is about 300 metres from the house.
The holiday home is part of the Cuxland holiday park in Dorum-Neufeld.
In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the dyke, the beach and the fishing harbour with the lighthouse.
The newly built sulphur brine outdoor pool with indoor pool (entrance fee is paid via the visitor's tax in the summer months), as well as the spa administration with children's playhouse and the adjacent National Park House (with seawater aquarium), are also located in the immediate vicinity of the harbour.
On the way to the dyke, fishing harbour and open-air swimming pool, you will pass a bakery, a small grocery market, an ice cream parlour, various pubs, cafés, restaurants and a bicycle rental shop that also offers electric bicycles.
Your children will find play opportunities in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home on a small playground with sandpit, swing and rocking horse as well as in the children's playhouse at the harbour and other playgrounds. There are also various games available in the house
Free parking is possible in the numbered car park about 80 metres from the holiday home. There are also other free parking spaces nearby.
The Cuxland Holiday Park in Dorum-Neufeld is a recreational oasis far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Nevertheless, the popular holiday resort is very easy to reach. Beautiful, relaxing holiday at a great price!!!
Really a very nice house, in a great area. The sea was only a few minutes walk away, as were some restaurants. The house was very nicely and modernly furnished (especially clean) and had a nice warm stove (which was perfect for the cold season). Always worth recommending!

We live in a small village where everyone still knows each other and the concepts of village community and helpfulness still count for something. We spent our first holiday in Dorum-Neufeld in 2003. We were immediately impressed by the very well-kept park and the rental concept as well as the first-class service of the Cuxland Ferienpark. As we have always enjoyed spending our holidays at the North Sea and were thrilled by the tranquillity and simplicity of the region, the desire to have our own holiday home here at Cuxland Ferienpark was obvious.
