High above the Piesport vineyards, the Moselle House is located on the old Roman road from Mainz to Trier.
The holiday home was built in 1988 and offers approx. 85m² of living space for up to 4 people.
The house is detached and surrounded by an approx. 1100m² fenced garden.
Spread over 3 different levels, the holiday home, formerly designed by an architect for own use, has a kitchen with dining area,
2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guest toilet, hallway and storage cellar.
On the entrance level there is a small hall, the guest toilet and the kitchen with dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and mixer (no dishwasher)
There are enough dishes and glasses.
On the upper level there is a living room with balcony, a bedroom with a small balcony and a bathroom.
From the living room you have a panoramic view over the Moselle and the villages of Piesport Niederemmel, Minheim and Wintrich.
On the lower level there is another living room with a fireplace and an exit to the terrace and garden,
as well as the second bedroom and the second bathroom.
There are two single beds in each of the bedrooms.
The bathrooms are equipped with WC, washbasin, bidet and shower.
A small TV with satellite connection is located in the lower living room.
Wi-Fi is available.
Please bring your own bed linen, towels and kitchen towels
Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for wheelchair users and small children because of the stairs.
Bicycles can be parked in the garage
We ask our guests not to smoke in the house.

Vacation before Easter
We really enjoyed our vacation, even though the weather was very changeable. The house and the wonderful view of the Moselle made up for everything. We were able to relax wonderfully. Thank you for this time out.

A fantastic week's holiday
We absolutely enjoyed our holiday week with our dog in this beautiful and somewhat special house. The wonderful view from the terrace, as well as from the 2nd and 3rd level (large window front) on the Moselle loop was something very special. Our dog also liked it very much in the large fenced garden.
The sunset at the vineyards was magnificent and in the evening we were already looking forward to getting up for the sunrise the next morning.
If you want to relax and enjoy absolute peace and quiet, this is the place to be.

Relaxed dog holiday
Our dog did not like the open wooden steps, but it was no problem for him "to scamper around outside" between the patio door and the front door. He enjoyed the well-grown opaque fenced garden very much, he was especially interested in the fireplace....
It was just too hot for bigger activities with well over 30 degrees in the first days - activities were moved to the early morning and late evening hours. The sunrise on the terrace and the sunset between the vines is cult for us! The view is fantastic, the house something very special! We felt very comfortable and recovered very well in the peace and quiet. We will gladly come again!
